Claims (2)
- 金属外環と、この金属外環に挿通したパイプリードと、前記金属外環の内壁と前記パイプリードの外径とを気密に封着する絶縁ガラスと、前記パイプリードを貫通した低抵抗金属からなる導出リードを備え、前記導出リードと前記パイプリード間に前記導出リードの熱膨張を緩衝するために設けた隙間部分を有し、この隙間部分全部に、撥水性かつ延性を持つ絶縁材を充填し、前記隙間部に存在する延性のある前記絶縁材で前記熱膨張を緩和すると共に、前記金属外環の少なくとも片側の天板面から前記絶縁材を盛り上げて突設させて、前記絶縁材が前記両リードと前記金属外環との熱結合を向上させ前記両リードの放熱を補助することを特徴とする圧縮封止型気密端子。
- 前記絶縁材は、熱伝導性シリコーン樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮封止型気密端子。
