Claims (6)
- ダイス孔から押し出される合成樹脂を収納する収納室と、
前記収納室の内部に配置され前記収納室の内部で前記合成樹脂を順次切断する切断歯と、
前記切断歯により前記合成樹脂を切断する切断部分を前記収納室の外部から視察するための視察部とを備え、
前記視察部は、前記切断部分の光学像を前記収納室の内部から前記収納室の外部に送る光学系を備えていることを特徴とするペレタイザ装置。 - 前記収納室は、前記収納室の内部に水を流入させる流入口と、前記流入された水を前記収納室の外部に流出させる流出口とを備え、
前記視察部は、前記収納室の内部を流れる水流によって前記光学系にかかる力を軽減可能に前記光学系を覆った光学系被覆部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のペレタイザ装置。 - 前記光学系被覆部は、前記ダイス孔から前記光学系までの間、及び前記光学系から前記収納室の内側壁までの間に形成される光路に、前記合成樹脂を切断することによって形成された切断片の入り込みを防止するために、前記光路を囲むように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のペレタイザ装置。
- 前記光学系は、内視鏡であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のペレタイザ装置。
- 前記視察部は、前記光学系から送られてくる光学像を撮影するカメラを備え、
前記カメラは、前記収納室の外部から前記光学像を撮影可能に前記収納室の外部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のペレタイザ装置。 - 前記視察部は、前記切断部分に光を照射する光照射部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のペレタイザ装置。
