Abstract
Description
第1の実施形態に係るハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置は、ハイブリッド車両の駆動源としてのエンジンE及びモータMによる駆動力を車輪(駆動輪D)に伝達又は遮断するためのものであり、図1及び図2に示すように、第1クラッチ手段1aと、第2クラッチ手段1bと、オイルポンプPと、変速機Aと、クラッチ制御手段3及び必要ポンプ回転数判定手段4を有したハイブリッドECU2とを主に有している。
先ず、必要ポンプ回転数(NP)について、車速の係数をKV、モータM回転数の係数をKM、エンジンE回転数の係数をKEとした場合、KV*車速+KM*モータ回転数+KE*エンジン回転数なる演算式にて求める(S1)。そして、S2にてイグニッションスイッチがオンしてから所定時間経過したか否かが判定され、所定時間経過していないと判定された場合、S9にてNP=NP+NI(制御回路のエア抜きのための回転数補正)なる演算を行う。
先ず、第1クラッチ手段1aをオフしてエンジンEによる動力伝達を遮断する(S1)。そして、S2にてモータの回転数(NM)をNP(オイルポンプPの必要回転数)に設定した後、S3にて、判定された必要回転数(NP)についてモータ走行時の変速特性(図6)上、変速機Aが許容する入力回転数の上限値より高いか否かが判定され、高くないと判定された場合、S4にて、判定された必要回転数(NP)についてモータ走行時の変速特性(図6)上、変速機Aが許容する入力回転数の下限値より低いか否かが判定される。
先ず、S1にてエンジンEの回転数(NE)から変速機入力回転数を減算した値の絶対値が所定回転数より低いか否かが判定され、低いと判定された場合、S2にて第1クラッチ手段1aを締結し、低くないと判定された場合、S7にて第1クラッチ手段1aをスリップ制御する。その後、S3にて第2クラッチ手段1bをオフし、S4にてモータMの回転数(NM)をオイルポンプPの必要回転数(NP)に設定する。そして、S5にてモータの回転数(NM)についてフィードバック制御が行われ、S6にて変速機の入力回転数が、エンジン走行時の変速機入力回転数(図5)になるようにフィードバック制御(変速制御)が行われる。
先ず、S1にてエンジンEの回転数(NE)から変速機入力回転数を減算した値の絶対値が所定回転数より低いか否かが判定され、低いと判定された場合、S2にて第1クラッチ手段1aを締結し、低くないと判定された場合、S13にて第1クラッチ手段1aをスリップ制御する。そして、S3にてモータの回転数(NM)をNP(オイルポンプPの必要回転数)に設定した後、S4にて、判定された必要回転数(NP)について変速機Aが許容する入力回転数の上限値より高いか否かが判定され、高くないと判定された場合、S5にて、判定された必要回転数(NP)について変速機Aが許容する入力回転数の下限値より低いか否かが判定される。
本実施形態に係るハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置は、第1の実施形態と同様、ハイブリッド車両の駆動源としてのエンジンE及びモータMによる駆動力を車輪(駆動輪D)に伝達又は遮断するためのものであり、図12〜図14に示すように、第1クラッチ手段1aと、第2クラッチ手段1bと、第3クラッチ手段1cと、オイルポンプPと、変速機Aと、クラッチ制御手段3、必要ポンプ回転数判定手段4及び蓄圧状態判断手段9を有したハイブリッドECU2と、蓄圧手段6(図14参照)とを主に有している。なお、第1の実施形態における構成要素と同一のものには同一の符号を付し、それらの詳細な説明を省略する。
本実施形態に係るハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置は、第1、2の実施形態と同様、ハイブリッド車両の駆動源としてのエンジンE及びモータMによる駆動力を車輪(駆動輪D)に伝達又は遮断するためのものであり、図16、17に示すように、第1クラッチ手段1aと、第2クラッチ手段1bと、第4クラッチ手段1d(1da、1db)と、オイルポンプPと、変速機Aと、クラッチ制御手段3及び必要ポンプ回転数判定手段4を有したハイブリッドECU2とを主に有している。なお、第1の実施形態における構成要素と同一のものには同一の符号を付し、それらの詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (11)
- 車両が搭載するエンジンから駆動輪に至る動力伝達系に配設されて当該エンジンの駆動力を駆動輪に対して伝達又は遮断可能な第1クラッチ手段と、
車両が搭載するモータから駆動輪に至る動力伝達系に配設されて当該モータの駆動力を駆動輪に対して伝達又は遮断可能な第2クラッチ手段と、
前記モータに接続され、当該モータの駆動力により車両に配設された所定の作動部品にオイルを供給し得るオイルポンプと、
を具備し、車両の走行状況に応じて前記第1クラッチ手段及び第2クラッチ手段を任意に作動可能とされたハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置であって、
前記エンジン及びモータと前記駆動輪との間の動力伝達系に配設されて前記モータの回転を調整可能な変速機を具備するとともに、当該モータで前記オイルポンプを任意回転数で回転させてオイルを供給可能とされたことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。 - 必要とされるオイルの供給量に基づいて前記オイルポンプの必要回転数を判定し得る必要ポンプ回転数判定手段を具備するとともに、当該必要ポンプ回転数判定手段で判定された必要回転数に応じて前記第1クラッチ手段、第2クラッチ手段又は変速機を制御可能とされたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記モータの駆動力による走行時、車速及びアクセル開度に応じて前記変速機が許容する入力回転数の上限値を判定可能な上限変速特性及び当該入力回転数の下限値を判定可能な下限変速特性を記憶し、前記必要ポンプ回転数判定手段で判定された必要ポンプ回転数が前記上限変速特性で判定される前記変速機の入力回転数の上限値を超える場合、前記変速機の入力回転数が当該上限値となるように当該変速機を制御するとともに、前記第2クラッチ手段をスリップ制御して必要ポンプ回転数以上で前記オイルポンプを回転させることを特徴とする請求項2記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記モータの駆動力による走行時、車速及びアクセル開度に応じて前記変速機が許容する入力回転数の上限値を判定可能な上限変速特性及び当該入力回転数の下限値を判定可能な下限変速特性を記憶し、前記必要ポンプ回転数判定手段で判定された必要ポンプ回転数が前記上限変速特性で判定される前記変速機の入力回転数の上限値以下、且つ下限値以上の場合、前記オイルポンプが必要ポンプ回転数以上となるように当該変速機を制御するとともに、前記第2クラッチ手段を締結することを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 一方向に限りオイルを流通させ得る逆止弁を複数有するとともに、当該オイルポンプが逆回転したとき、当該逆止弁によってオイルの流入側と吐出側とを切り替えて油圧を発生可能なポンプ逆回転対応手段を具備したことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1つに記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記エンジンの駆動力による走行時、前記第2クラッチ手段が前記モータの駆動力を遮断しつつ前記モータの駆動で前記オイルポンプを回転させる際、前記第2クラッチ手段を締結する場合よりも低い回転数で前記オイルポンプを回転させることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1つに記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記オイルポンプは、潤滑用のオイルを供給可能とされ、前記エンジン又は当該エンジンとモータの駆動による発進時、前記第2クラッチ手段が前記モータの駆動力を遮断又は当該第2クラッチ手段をスリップさせて前記オイルポンプを回転させる際、前記第2クラッチ手段を締結する場合よりも高い回転数で前記オイルポンプを回転させることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1つに記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- オイルを蓄圧し得る蓄圧手段を具備し、前記モータが停止しているとき、当該蓄圧手段からオイルを供給し得ることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか1つに記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記蓄圧手段による蓄圧が不足か否か判断し得る蓄圧状態判断手段を具備するとともに、当該蓄圧状態判断手段にて蓄圧の不足を判断した際、前記モータを駆動させて前記オイルポンプを回転させることを特徴とする請求項8記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記モータとオイルポンプとの間にノーマルクローズタイプの第3クラッチ手段を備え、前記オイルポンプの作動が不要とされるとき、当該第3クラッチ手段をオフして当該オイルポンプを停止させることを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか1つに記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記第1クラッチ手段及び第2クラッチ手段と前記駆動輪との間の動力伝達系に配設され、前記第1クラッチ手段及び第2クラッチ手段から前記駆動輪への動力を伝達又は遮断可能な第4クラッチ手段を具備し、前記モータの駆動により前記エンジンを始動させる際、当該モータで前記オイルポンプを回転するとともに、前記第4クラッチ手段にて動力を遮断させた状態でモータ駆動力を前記第1クラッチ手段及び第2クラッチ手段を介してエンジンに伝達させ得ることを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れか1つに記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
