Claims (5)
- 電力を充電する蓄電装置と該蓄電装置の蓄電量を送信する通信端末とを搭載した建設機械から離れた位置に管理装置を備え、
該管理装置は、前記通信端末からの信号を受信して前記蓄電装置の蓄電量を管理する構成としてなる建設機械の蓄電管理システムにおいて、
前記管理装置は、
前記建設機械の前記通信端末から送信された前記蓄電装置の蓄電量を受信する受信手段と、
該受信手段が最後に受信した前記蓄電装置の蓄電量に前記蓄電装置の自己放電特性を加味して前記蓄電装置の現在または将来の蓄電量を推定蓄電量として演算する蓄電量推定手段と、
該蓄電量推定手段に演算された前記推定蓄電量または該推定蓄電量に基づく蓄電量低下情報を出力する出力手段とを備える構成としたことを特徴とする建設機械の蓄電管理システム。 - 前記出力手段は、前記蓄電量推定手段により演算された前記推定蓄電量が前記蓄電装置の充電が必要な充電要求閾値に達したときに、前記蓄電装置の充電が必要である旨の注意情報として前記蓄電量低下情報を出力する構成としてなる請求項1に記載の建設機械の蓄電管理システム。
- 前記出力手段は、前記推定蓄電量または前記蓄電量低下情報を前記建設機械の管理者の端末に出力する構成としてなる請求項1または2に記載の建設機械の蓄電管理システム。
- 前記出力手段は、前記推定蓄電量または前記蓄電量低下情報を前記建設機械の管理者に対するメール送信として出力する構成としてなる請求項1,2または3に記載の建設機械の蓄電管理システム。
- 前記建設機械は、
前記蓄電装置の蓄電量の演算を行う蓄電量演算装置と、
該蓄電量演算装置により演算された前記蓄電装置の蓄電量を送信する前記通信端末と、
前記蓄電量演算装置および前記通信端末に電力を供給する電源供給用バッテリと、
該電源供給用バッテリと前記蓄電量演算装置および前記通信端末との間の通電を遮断するディスコネクトスイッチとを備える構成としてなる請求項1,2,3または4に記載の建設機械の蓄電管理システム。
