Abstract
【解決手段】ゼオライト、ベントナイトを含む複数種の粘土鉱物を準備して、それぞれ粉砕、焼成、及び混合して粉末混合物を製造する1次の混合段階と;家畜放血を準備して、前記粉末混合物と混合及び粉砕して流動性のコロイドスラリーを製造する2次の混合段階と;前記2次の混合段階から製造した流動性のコロイドスラリーを内部温度130〜400℃の顆粒機に高圧で噴射して、内側に気孔質の顆粒層が形成され、外側に顆粒層を包む有機コーティング層が形成された顆粒を製造する成形段階と;前記成形された顆粒を冷却する冷却段階と;を含んで構成される。

Description
ゼオライト、ベントナイトを含む複数種の粘土鉱物を準備して、それぞれ粉砕、焼成、及び混合して、粉末混合物を製造する。
家畜放血を準備して、前記粉末混合物と混合及び粉砕して、流動性のコロイドスラリーを製造する。
前記2次の混合段階から製造した流動性のコロイドスラリーを内部温度130〜400℃の顆粒機に7.0乃至13.0kg/cm2の注入圧力に加圧ノズルで噴射して、0.1〜3mmの平均粒径を持つ顆粒を製造する。
前記成形された顆粒を冷却する。

- 養魚飼料用又は配合飼料補助用顆粒の製造方法において、
ゼオライト、ベントナイトを含む複数種の粘土鉱物を準備して、それぞれ粉砕、焼成、及び混合して粉末混合物を製造する1次の混合段階と;
家畜放血を準備して、前記粉末混合物と混合及び粉砕して流動性のコロイドスラリーを製造する2次の混合段階と;
前記2次の混合段階から製造した流動性のコロイドスラリーを内部温度130〜400℃の顆粒機に高圧で噴射して、内側に気孔質の顆粒層が形成され、外側に顆粒層を包む有機コーティング層が形成された顆粒を製造する成形段階と;
前記成形された顆粒を冷却する冷却段階と;を含んで構成されることを特徴とする家畜血液および粘土鉱物を利用した養魚飼料用又は配合飼料補助用有機コーティング多孔質顆粒の製造方法。 - 養魚飼料用又は配合飼料補助用顆粒の製造方法において、
ゼオライト原鉱の粉末を400〜950℃の温度で加熱して100重量部準備し、ベントナイトをゼオライト100重量部に対して12〜60重量部を準備及び混合して、粉末混合物を製造する1次の混合段階と;
家畜放血を準備した後、前記粉末混合物および1:0.2〜2.0の重量比で混合及び粉砕して、流動性のコロイドスラリーを製造する2次の混合段階と;
前記2次の混合段階から製造した流動性のコロイドスラリーを内部温度130〜400℃の顆粒機に7.0乃至13.0kg/cm2の注入圧力でノズルにより噴射して、0.1〜3mmの平均粒径を持ちながら多孔質の顆粒層が形成され、外側に顆粒層を包む有機コーティング層が形成された顆粒を製造する成形段階と;
前記成形された顆粒を冷却する冷却段階;とを含んで構成されることを特徴とする家畜血液および粘土鉱物を利用した養魚飼料用又は配合飼料補助用有機コーティング多孔質顆粒の製造方法。 - 前記1次の混合段階は、
メクソムソク原鉱の粉末を800〜1100℃の温度で加熱して前記ゼオライト100重量部に対して40〜60重量部を追加準備し、
貝殻粉末を850〜950℃の温度で加熱してゼオライト100重量部に対して0.5〜1.1重量部を追加準備して混合することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の家畜血液および粘土鉱物を利用した養魚飼料用又は配合飼料補助用有機コーティング多孔質顆粒の製造方法。 - 前記成形段階の前に分散剤、PH調整剤、及び消泡剤の中から選択された1種乃至3種が追加されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の中いずれか一項に記載の家畜血液および粘土鉱物を利用した養魚飼料用又は配合飼料補助用有機コーティング多孔質顆粒の製造方法。
- 前記2次の混合段階から製造した流動性のコロイドスラリーは、濃度が30〜50wt%、pHが7.0乃至9.5、粘度が300〜1、550cpsであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の家畜血液および粘土鉱物を利用した養魚飼料用又は配合飼料補助用有機コーティング多孔質顆粒の製造方法。
- 養魚飼料用又は配合飼料補助用顆粒において、
請求項1乃至3の中いずれか一項の製造方法によって製造され、
ゼオライト、ベントナイトが含まれており、多孔質を持つ顆粒層と;
前記顆粒層の外部を包み、血液中の水分が蒸発して残った蛋白質を含んで構成される有機コーティング層と;で構成されており、
密度が7.0〜1、22g/cm3、比表面積で25〜65m2/g、気孔率が47〜62%になることを特徴とする家畜血液および粘土鉱物を利用した養魚飼料用又は配合飼料補助用有機コーティング多孔質顆粒。
