Abstract
【解決手段】インクジェットヘッドは、圧電部材65と、ノズルプレート64と、蓋部77と、を有する。圧電部材は、溝状の複数の圧力室74が形成され、分極方向が相反する。ノズルプレートは、圧電部材の上に配設され、複数の圧力室にそれぞれ対応する複数のノズル72が形成されている。蓋部は、圧電部材とノズルプレートとの間に介設され、1つの圧力室に対応してそれぞれ1つ設けられ、かつノズルプレートよりもヤング率が大きい材料で形成され、ノズルに連通する穴がそれぞれ形成されている。

Description
(構成)
以下、第1実施形態にかかるインクジェット記録装置1について図面を参照して説明する。各図においては適宜構成を拡大、縮小、または省略して概略的に示す。図1は本実施形態にかかるインクジェット記録装置1の機構の一例を示す説明図である。
なお、上記実施の形態で蓋部77の金属材料にメッキ被膜を施す場合に図8に示すように無電解めっきで成形してもよく、また、図9に示すように電解めっきで成形してもよい。図9の電解めっきで成形する場合は、電解めっきでメッキ被膜を成形後、図9中に点線で示すように強化プレート81の枠体81aの両側部分を切断して使用することができる。
Claims (7)
- 溝状の複数の圧力室が形成され、分極方向が相反する圧電部材と、
前記圧電部材の上に配設され、複数の前記圧力室にそれぞれ対応する複数のノズルが形成されたノズルプレートと、
前記圧電部材と前記ノズルプレートとの間に介設され、前記1つの圧力室に対応してそれぞれ1つ設けられ、かつ前記ノズルプレートよりもヤング率が大きい材料で形成され、前記ノズルに連通する穴がそれぞれ形成された蓋部と、を有するインクジェットヘッド。 - 前記蓋部は、金属材料である請求項1のインクジェットヘッド。
- 前記ノズルプレートは、ポリイミドである請求項1、2に記載のインクジェットヘッド。
- 前記蓋部の金属材料は、銅である請求項2、3に記載のインクジェットヘッド。
- 前記蓋部の金属材料は、低熱膨張合金である請求項2、3のインクジェットヘッド。
- 前記蓋部の金属材料は、表面にニッケルメッキが施されている請求項2〜5のインクジェットヘッド。
- 搬送経路に沿って前記記録媒体を搬送する搬送装置と、
前記搬送装置によって搬送された前記記録媒体にインクを吐出して画像形成する請求項1〜6のいずれか1つのインクジェットヘッドと、
を備えるインクジェット記録装置。
