Abstract
【解決手段】 ロックアップ装置63を、油圧ポンプ69から供給される圧油によってトルクコンバータ41の回転体44と伝達軸55との間を接続するロックアップクラッチ64と、ロックアップクラッチ64への圧油の給排を制御するロックアップ制御弁70と、ロックアップ制御弁70からの圧油をロックアップクラッチ64に導くロックアップ油通路75とを含んで構成する。ロックアップ制御弁70は、伝達軸55の径方向において当該伝達軸55と重なり合う位置で、中間ケーシング18の外側面18Bに配置する。さらに、ロックアップ油通路75を構成するケーシング側油通路76を、ロックアップ制御弁70と伝達軸側油通路77との間を伝達軸55の径方向に直線状に延びる直線状油通路として形成する。

Claims (5)
- 車両に搭載されたケーシングと、前記ケーシング内に設けられ原動機の回転を変速する変速機と、前記ケーシング内に設けられ前記原動機の回転を流体を介して前記変速機に伝達するトルクコンバータと、前記トルクコンバータに設けられ前記原動機の回転を前記変速機に直接伝達するロックアップ装置とを備え、
前記トルクコンバータは、前記ケーシングに回転可能に支持され前記原動機によって回転する回転体と、前記ケーシングに回転可能に支持され前記回転体の回転を流体を介してまたは前記ロックアップ装置を介して前記変速機に伝達する中空筒状の伝達軸とを含んで構成され、
前記ロックアップ装置は、油圧ポンプから供給される圧油によって前記回転体と前記伝達軸との間を接続するロックアップクラッチと、前記ロックアップクラッチへの圧油の給排を制御するロックアップ制御弁と、前記ロックアップ制御弁からの圧油を前記ロックアップクラッチに導くロックアップ油通路とを含んで構成してなる車両用動力伝達装置において、
前記ロックアップ制御弁は前記ケーシングの外側面に位置して、かつ前記伝達軸の径方向において当該伝達軸と重なり合う位置に配置し、
前記ロックアップ油通路は、前記ケーシングに設けられ前記ロックアップ制御弁に接続されたケーシング側油通路と、前記伝達軸内に設けられ流入側が前記ケーシング側油通路に接続された伝達軸側油通路と、前記回転体に設けられ前記伝達軸側油通路の流出側と前記ロックアップクラッチとの間を接続する回転体側油通路とにより構成し、
前記ケーシング側油通路は、前記ロックアップ制御弁と前記伝達軸側油通路との間を前記伝達軸の径方向に直線状に延びる直線状油通路として形成したことを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記ケーシングの外側面のうち前記ロックアップ制御弁が取付けられる面は、前記ケーシングの外側面を前記伝達軸に向けて凹陥させた凹陥状弁取付面として形成してなる請求項1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記凹陥状弁取付面には前記ケーシング側油通路を開口させ、
前記凹陥状弁取付面と前記ロックアップ制御弁との間には平板状の取付プレートを設け、
該取付プレートには前記ロックアップ制御弁と前記ケーシング側油通路との間を連通させる連通路を設ける構成としてなる請求項2に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記伝達軸の内周側には前記伝達軸の回転を外部に出力する軸体を設け、
前記伝達軸側油通路は前記伝達軸と前記軸体との間に形成され、流入側が前記ケーシング側油通路に接続されると共に流出側が前記回転体側油通路に接続される構成としてなる請求項1,2または3に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記伝達軸の内周側には前記伝達軸の回転を外部に出力する軸体を設け、
前記伝達軸側油通路は前記軸体の軸中心に位置して軸方向に延びて形成され、流入側が前記ケーシング側油通路に接続されると共に流出側が前記回転体側油通路に接続される構成としてなる請求項1,2または3に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
