Claims (6)
- 冷蔵室、冷凍室、及び野菜室を形成する断熱箱体と、大気圧よりも低圧の減圧貯蔵室とを備えた冷蔵庫において、
前記減圧貯蔵室に混合鮮度保持剤収納体が収納された鮮度保持成分放出カセットを配置すると共に、
前記混合鮮度保持剤収納体は、揮発性鮮度保持剤と、前記揮発性鮮度保持剤の揮発性鮮度保持成分の揮発を抑制する量の脂溶性抗酸化剤を混合した混合鮮度保持剤を収納した気体透過性の第1の収納体と、この第1の収納体を収納すると共に、前記混合鮮度保持剤から放出される揮発性の鮮度保持成分と脂溶性抗酸化成分を外部に放出する放出制御部を備える気体非透過性の第2の収納体を有することを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫において、
前記脂溶性抗酸化剤の重量は、前記揮発性鮮度保持剤の重量と同等或いは同等以上の重量であり、前記揮発性鮮度保持剤と前記脂溶性抗酸化剤を混合させることで前記揮発性鮮度保持剤の揮発性鮮度保持成分の放出量を抑え、前記脂溶性抗酸化剤の抗酸化成分の放出量を増加させることを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 請求項2に記載の冷蔵庫において、
前記第2の収納体は、気体非透過性フィルムと気体透過性フィルムを含む複合シートから形成され、前記複合シートを折り畳んで前記気体透過性フィルムが内側になるように袋状にした状態で前記気体透過性フィルムの一部が外部に露出されて前記放出制御部を形成し、前記気体透過性フィルムを介して前記混合鮮度保持剤から放出される揮発性の鮮度保持成分と脂溶性抗酸化成分が前記第2の収納体の外部に放出されることを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の冷蔵庫において、
前記揮発性鮮度保持剤と前記脂溶性抗酸化剤はゲル状であり、前記揮発性鮮度保持剤と前記脂溶性抗酸化剤が混合されて前記第1の収納体に収納されていることを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 請求項4に記載の冷蔵庫において、
前記揮発性鮮度保持剤と前記脂溶性抗酸化剤の重量比は、1:1.2〜1.5程度であることを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫において、
前記揮発性鮮度保持剤はアリルイソチオシアネート、イソチオシアン酸エステル、又はプロポリスを単独で使用する鮮度保持剤、或いは2種類以上を混合して使用する鮮度保持剤であり、前記揮脂溶性抗酸化剤はビタミンE又は脂溶性ビタミンC誘導体を単独で使用する脂溶性抗酸化剤、或いは2種類を混合して使用する脂溶性抗酸化剤であることを特徴とする冷蔵庫。
