Abstract
Description
(A)真空ポンプ55の能力が低くても、第1真空チャンバ51<第2真空チャンバ52>を用いて吸引用ノズル100を吸引することで、充分な水分除去効果を得ることができる。充分な水分除去効果を得ることができるのは、第3バルブ43<第4バルブ44>を開けた直後において、急激に吸引用ノズル100内の圧力が低下し、瞬間的に大きな吸引力が発生するからである。この吸引力は、真空ポンプ55による能力を超えるものである。真空ポンプ55の能力を超える吸引力が実現されるのは、真空ポンプ55が或る程度の時間をかけて、大きな容積の真空チャンバを真空引きし、短時間で開放するからである。
(F)充填ノズル300を吸引用ノズル100によって吸引する時には、吸引用ノズル100が水平方向を向いているので、吸引用ノズル100が斜め下45°を向いている状態に比べて効果的に水分を除去できる。
(H)真空チャンバを2つ備えることによって、吸引が終わった後、再度の吸引を開始できるまでの時間が短くなる。
充填ノズルの吸引は、自動で繰り返し実行しなくてもよい。例えば、作業者の指示を契機に実行してもよい。
真空チャンバの数は、3つ以上でもよい。
第1<第2>真空引き処理のステップS453の判断において、タイムアウトエラーの処理をしてもよい。第1<第2>除去処理や、配管真空引き処理の判断ステップにおいても、タイムアウトエラーの処理をしてもよい。
実施形態に示した数値は、全て例示であり、適宜、変更してもよい。

Claims (11)
- 水素を供給するために使用される充填ノズルの内部を吸引する吸引装置であって、
前記充填ノズルと嵌合する吸引用ノズルと、
前記吸引用ノズル内を吸引するための真空チャンバと、
前記真空チャンバ内を真空引きする真空ポンプと
を備える吸引装置。 - 前記真空チャンバと前記真空ポンプとの少なくとも何れかは、水素の防爆対応が不要な場所に設置されている
請求項1に記載の吸引装置。 - 前記真空チャンバによる前記吸引用ノズルの吸引を、作業者の指示に基づき実行した後、所定の間隔を空けて再び実行する
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の吸引装置。 - 前記吸引用ノズルの俯角を変化させるための機構を備える
請求項1から請求項3までの何れか一項に記載の吸引装置。 - 前記機構は、前記真空チャンバによる吸引が実施されている場合、前記吸引用ノズルと前記充填ノズルとが嵌合していない場合に比べて、前記俯角を上向きにする
請求項4に記載の吸引装置。 - 前記機構は、前記真空チャンバによる吸引が実施されている場合、前記吸引用ノズルを水平に向ける
請求項4又は請求項5に記載の吸引装置。 - 前記機構は、前記真空チャンバによる吸引が実施されていない場合、前記俯角を45°に向ける
請求項4から請求項6までの何れか一項に記載の吸引装置。 - 前記真空チャンバを、複数、備える
請求項1から請求項7までの何れか一項に記載の吸引装置。 - 前記複数の真空チャンバの一部によって前記吸引用ノズルが吸引されている間、他の前記真空チャンバ内を前記真空ポンプによって真空引きする
請求項8に記載の吸引装置。 - 前記真空チャンバによる吸引力は、前記真空ポンプによる吸引力よりも高い
請求項1から請求項9までの何れか一項に記載の吸引装置。 - 水素を供給するために使用される充填ノズルの内部を、前記充填ノズルと嵌合する吸引用ノズルを用いて吸引する方法であって、
真空ポンプを用いて真空チャンバ内を真空引きし、
前記真空引きされた真空チャンバを用いて、前記吸引用ノズル内を吸引する
