Claims (8)
- ベータスポジュメンガラスセラミックシートを形成する方法において、
フュージョンドロー法により、感光性組成物から形成されたクラッド層および非感光性ガラス組成物から形成されたコア層を有する積層ガラスシートを形成する工程、および
前記積層ガラスシートを、前記感光性組成物内で核生成が行われるのに十分に紫外線に曝露し、それによって前記クラッド層内に、該クラッド層に圧縮応力をもたらす二次結晶相を成長させ、それによって、前記ガラスシートを圧縮強化された積層ガラス構造に強化する工程、
を有してなる方法。 - 前記積層ガラスシートが、フュージョンドロー法の後であって、紫外線に曝露される前に、切断される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 請求項1または2記載の圧縮強化された積層ガラス構造から形成されたガラス物品。
- 積層物品において、
第1のガラスクラッド層と第2のガラスクラッド層との間に配置されたガラスコア層、
を備え、該ガラスコア層が、前記第1と第2のガラスクラッド層の組成と異なる組成を有し、該第1のガラスクラッド層および該第2のガラスクラッド層の少なくとも一方が、約70.0モル%から約77.0モル%のSiO2、約2.5モル%から約5.0モル%のAl2O3、および約12.0モル%から約18.0モル%のLi2Oを含む、積層物品。 - 積層物品において、
第1のガラスクラッド層と第2のガラスクラッド層との間に配置されたガラスコア層、
を備え、該ガラスコア層が、前記第1と第2のガラスクラッド層の組成と異なる組成を有し、該第1のガラスクラッド層および該第2のガラスクラッド層の少なくとも一方が、ケイ酸リチウム結晶を含む、積層物品。 - 前記ケイ酸リチウム結晶が、メタケイ酸リチウム(Li2SiO3)、二ケイ酸リチウム(Li2Si2O5)、またはそれらの組合せである、請求項5記載の積層物品。
- 積層物品において、
第1のガラスクラッド層と第2のガラスクラッド層との間に配置されたガラスコア層、
を備え、該ガラスコア層が、前記第1と第2のガラスクラッド層の組成と異なる組成を有し、該第1のガラスクラッド層および該第2のガラスクラッド層の少なくとも一方が、ベータスポジュメンを含む、積層物品。 - LCDディスプレイとLEDディスプレイ、コンピュータモニタ、現金自動預入支払機(ATM)を含む家庭用または商業用の電子機器におけるカバーガラスまたはガラスバックプレーン用途、携帯電話、パーソナル・メディア・プレーヤー、およびタブレット型コンピュータを含む携帯用電子機器のタッチスクリーンまたはタッチセンサ用途、太陽光発電用途、建築用ガラス用途、自動車または車両用ガラス用途、もしくは商業用または家庭電化製品用途への請求項1から7いずれか1項記載の圧縮強化された積層ガラス構造または物品の使用。
