Claims (9)
- フュージョンドロー法により、リチウムが豊富なガラス組成物から構成された第1と第2のクラッド層の間に挟まれた、ナトリウムが豊富な(リチウム欠損)ガラス組成物から構成されたコア層を備えた積層構造を形成する工程、および
前記積層構造を熱処理して、前記第1と第2のクラッド層の少なくとも一方から前記コア層にリチウムイオンを拡散させ、該コア層から該第1と第2のクラッド層の少なくとも一方にナトリウムイオンを拡散させ、セラミック相が形成されるようにする工程、
を有してなる方法であって、
前記第1及び第2のクラッド層の少なくとも一つが、圧縮応力を有する、
方法。 - 前記積層構造に核生成させ、セラミック相を成長させるのに十分に該積層構造が加熱される、2回目の熱処理工程をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記積層構造が、前記第1と第2のクラッド層の少なくとも一方に圧縮応力を加えるのに十分に加熱される、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記セラミック相がベータスポジュメン相である、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記積層構造を形成する工程の後であって、前記熱処理の前に、前記積層構造を切断する工程をさらに含む、請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 第1のガラスクラッド層と第2のガラスクラッド層との間に配置されたガラスコア層を備えた積層ガラスシートであって、前記ガラスコア層と前記ガラスクラッド層との間の接合部の1つに配置されたセラミック相をさらに備え、
前記第1のガラスクラッド層及び前記第2のガラスクラッド層は、20℃から300℃の温度範囲で、前記ガラスコア層のCTEと等しいか、或いはより小さなCTEを有し、前記ガラスコアのCTEと前記第1及び第2のガラスクラッド層のCTEとの差が、5×10−7/℃以内であり、
前記ガラスコア層が、ナトリウムが豊富な(リチウム欠損)ガラス組成物から構成され、前記第1及び第2のガラスクラッド層が、リチウムが豊富なガラス組成物から構成される、
積層ガラスシート。 - 前記第1のガラスクラッド層および前記第2のガラスクラッド層に圧縮応力が加えられている、請求項6記載の積層ガラスシート。
- 前記ガラスコア層の第1の表面が前記第1のガラスクラッド層に直接隣接しており、該ガラスコア層の第2の表面が前記第2のガラスクラッド層と直接隣接している、請求項6または7記載の積層ガラスシート。
- LCDディスプレイとLEDディスプレイ、コンピュータモニタ、現金自動預入支払機(ATM)を含む家庭用または商業用の電子機器におけるカバーガラスまたはガラスバックプレーン用途、携帯電話、パーソナル・メディア・プレーヤー、およびタブレット型コンピュータを含む携帯用電子機器のタッチスクリーンまたはタッチセンサ用途、太陽光発電用途、建築用ガラス用途、自動車または車両用ガラス用途、もしくは商業用または家庭電化製品用途への請求項6から8いずれか1項記載の積層ガラスシートの使用。
