Abstract
Description
−前記スラグ面の左右壁の上端部の上で、内部スチールシートと外部スチールシートの間で上記複数の壁の側方にあるダクトの出口に位置する2つの隔離された空気コンベアであって;該複数のコンベアのうちの1つは吸い込み用であり、他の1つは搬送用であり、これらは、遠心送風機の推力を使用してダクト内の空気や他の流体の循環を協同して行い、かくして、スラグからの熱の回収を増加するようになっている、前記複数のコンベアと;
−例えば先端が切り取られたピラミッド形状であり、前記スラグ面の上方で左右及び背面壁に隣接して位置し、開けることができるフロントドアと背面の吸い込み窓を備える吸い込みフードであって、該フードの頂部には特定の型式の炉のために適切な形状を有し、ヒュームと熱が拡散するのを防ぐために天井でシールされる開口が設けられ、そこからスチール製造サイクルに由来するスラグが前記スラグ面上に放出され;背面の吸い込み窓の出口は吸い込み管に結合され、雰囲気中に拡散することなく熱いヒュームがその中で次の処理に運ばれ、さらなる熱回収を可能にするようになっている、前記フードと;
−前記フードの複数の壁の中に、好ましくは複数の側方壁上に位置する1つ以上の水熱交換器であって、それによってスラグから放射された熱は照射によって回収され、水温の急激な上昇を生起し熱回収を最適化するようになっている、前記熱交換器と、を備える。
Claims (10)
- プロセススラグからの熱とヒュームを回収する装置であって、該装置は、白熱スラグをそこから受けとる処理/製造システムと関連することができ、該装置は、
−白熱スラグがその上に落ちる、複数の側方壁で区切られたスラグ面(1)であって、該スラグ面(1)と該複数の側方壁とはスチールシート(9,10)を含み、該スチールシートは一方が他方の前に位置し、空気が循環する複数のダクト(11)を該スチールシート(9,10)の間に作り出すことができる複数のスペーサ要素によって互いに間隔を開けられている、前記スラグ面(1)と、
−ダクト(11)の出口で少なくとも1つの側方壁と関連する予め定められた数の空気隔離コンベア(12,13)であって、該複数のコンベアのうちの少なくとも1つは前記複数のダクト(11)に空気を導入し、少なくとも1つのベアは前記複数のダクト(11)から空気を吸い込み、前記複数のコンベアは、前記スラグ面(1)上に在る白熱スラグ(6)によって放射される熱によって熱せられる空気が前記複数のダクト(11)の中で循環するのを可能にする、前記複数のコンベア(12,13)と、
−前記スラグ面(1)の上方に位置する吸い込みフード(14)であって、該フード(14)は、開けられるフロントドア(15)、吸い込みダクト(17)に結合する背面吸い込み窓(16)、及びそこを通して前記スラグ面(1)上に白熱スラグ(6)が放出される上部開口(18)を有する、前記フード(14)と、
を備えることを特徴とする前記装置。 - 前記フード(14)の内壁上に位置し、白熱スラグ(6)によって放射される熱の照射によって回収するための予め定められた数の水熱交換器(19,20)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記熱交換器(19,20)は、前記フードの側方内壁上に位置することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 白熱スラグ(6)によって生じ、前記吸い込み窓(16)を通って前記吸い込みダクト(17)から吸い込まれるヒュームを熱処理し、好ましくは冷却するための手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 白熱スラグ(6)によって生ずるヒュームに含まれる汚染物質成分を処理し抑制する手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のスペーサ要素は箱形状要素であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のスペーサ要素は梁であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のスペーサ要素は管状要素であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記フード(14)の前記複数の壁は隔離されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記フード(14)は軽量のスチール製品から作られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
