Claims (5)
- 融点が1000℃以下の金属を含む廃棄物を前記金属の融点よりも高い温度で焼却処理する廃棄物の処理方法であって、
前記廃棄物から流出した溶融金属を受け止める回収容器の内面を前記溶融金属の固着が抑制される固着抑制面とすると共に、前記回収容器の底部内面に該回収容器の底部内面より高い位置で前記廃棄物を支持する支持部と前記溶融金属が貯留する貯留部とが形成されるように、該回収容器の底部内面から上方に突出する前記廃棄物の支持部材を設け、
前記回収容器を搬送機構に載せ、
前記廃棄物を前記回収容器に載せて焼却処理をした後、
前記溶融金属が前記貯留部に流出して貯留した状態のまま、前記回収容器を焼却炉の外に搬出して前記貯留部に貯留する溶融金属を回収する、廃棄物の処理方法。 - 前記回収容器の内面に前記溶融金属の固着を抑制するコート剤を塗布することで前記固着抑制面を形成する、請求項1に記載の廃棄物の処理方法。
- 前記支持部材を前記回収容器の底部内面から先端部に向けて尖るように形成する、請求項1又は2に記載された廃棄物の処理方法。
- 前記貯留部が複数の領域に分割されるように前記支持部材を形成する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載された廃棄物の処理方法。
- 前記溶融金属がアルミニウムである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載された廃棄物の処理方法。
