Abstract

Описано устройство рекуперации тепла и дымовых газов из шлака, образованного в цикле производства шлака, которое обеспечивает возможность использования тепла, испущенного шлаком во время охлаждения, без необходимости в сборе шлака в баках, которые затем необходимо транспортировать к охлаждающей поверхности и опрокинуть с целью разгрузки шлака. В то же время данное устройство обеспечивает возможность передачи и обработки дымовых газов и, таким образом, тепла и загрязняющих веществ, испускаемых шлаком во время опрокидывания и во время его нахождения на охлаждающей поверхности.
