Claims (16)
- 厚さeを有する可撓性フィルムから形成され、その端部が、突き合わせ溶接され、前記管状体の内側表面に配置された幅lおよび高さhによって画成された断面を有するプラスチック補強要素によって覆われる、管状包装体であって、次のすべての条件、すなわち:
hは、e以上であり、
比(l.e)/h2は、1から10の間であることが満たされなければならないことを特徴とする、前記管状包装体。 - 高さhは、最大で厚さeの2倍に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の管状体。
- 次の条件、すなわち:
hは、100μmから500μmの間であり、
eは、100μmから400μmの間であることもまた満たされなければならないことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の管状体。 - 高さhは、厚さeの1.2倍に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の管状体。
- lは、1mmから3mmの間であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の管状体。
- 前記補強要素は、半楕円形状の断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の管状体。
- 前記補強要素は、二等辺四辺形の形状の断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の管状体。
- 前記補強要素は、2つの辺が凹状である、二等辺四辺形の形状の断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の管状体。
- 前記補強要素は、矩形形状の断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の管状体。
- フィルムの端部には傾斜が付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の管状体。
- 前記フィルムは、多層フィルムであり、突き合わせ溶接が部分的のみである、または存在しない少なくとも1つの層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の管状体。
- 前記層は、包装体の外側表面を形成することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の管状体。
- 前記補強要素は、いくつかの層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の管状体。
- 前記補強要素は、酸素吸収剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の管状体。
- 前記補強要素は、偽造と闘うことを可能にする粉末形態のマイクロスコピックまたはナノスコピックのマーカを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の管状体。
- 溶接部に対して垂直な方向と、溶接部に対して平行な方向との間の溶接部での湾曲剛性の比は、少なくとも25に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の管状体。
