Description
積層体の上部表面と包装物の外面とを形成する第1のフィルム。フィルムは、一般に印刷され、そしていくつかの層を備えることが多い。フィルムは、積層末端の重複部で第3のフィルムに溶着されている。好ましくは、この第1のフィルムは、包装物が高生産速度において溶着されることにより製造されるようにポリオレフィンから形成される。
第1及び第3のフィルムの間に閉じ込められ、積層体の中心部分を形成し、かつしばしば、芳香又は酸素に対する低透過性のような防壁特性を提供する第2のフィルム。第2のフィルムは、例えば、アルミニウム箔から、又はエチレンビニルアルコール(EVOH)のような防壁ポリマーを備える複層フィルムから構成されている。
積層体の下部表面と包装物の内面とを形成する第3のフィルム。このフィルムは、包装される製品と接しており、そして包装物の衛生特性を保証する。それは、積層体末端の重複部で第1のフィルムに溶着する。それは、チューブヘッドに溶着することによっても接合される。第3のフィルムは、複層フィルムであり、高生産速度での溶着を可能にするために、ポリオレフィンから形成されていることが多い。
十分な防壁特性を保証すること;
高速溶着を可能にすること;
印刷又は印刷可能な外面を有すること;
応力亀裂に対する耐性を保証すること;
摩擦による塵の形成を防止すること;
十分な強度を有すること;そして
包装製品に関して衛生特性を保証すること:
を可能にする多数の層を備える積層体から製造されている。
本発明の概要では、以下の用語及び略語が使用される。
BOPET:二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレート
BOPP:二軸延伸ポリプロピレン
BOPA:二軸延伸ポリアミド
PE:ポリエチレン
LDPE:低密度ポリエチレン
LLDPE:線状低密度ポリエチレン
HDPE:高密度ポリエチレン
EVOH:エチレン−ビニルアルコール
接着剤:数種のフィルムを一緒に接合するために積層体の作製の間に使用される接着剤
グルー:積層体にストリップを結合するために使用される接着剤製品
上記混和性は、分子鎖の拡散及び相互貫入によって、その後の分子相互貫入の状態を固定するために上記材料を冷却することにより表される。
結合:溶着とは異なり、結合は、溶融状態で同じ特性のものではないか、又は非混和性である2つの材料を接合するための操作として定義される。結合は、化学的機構(鎖末端の反応、架橋)、又は物理的機構(ファンデルワールス力、蒸散)によって起こり得る。結合は、室温で、又は材料を加熱することによって行われ得る接合操作である。
機能層:その主要な特徴が、溶着される能力以外の特性を提供することである層
一般的に厚みの小さなものである機能層が、例えば包装物の外見を改善するため(印刷層、透過性層)、包装物の強度を改善するため(二軸延伸層、技術的層)、防壁特性(酸素、芳香に対する)を提供するため、又は機能性を提供するため(包装物を開くために簡単な断裂)に使用される。
包装物の内面を形成する第1のポリオレフィンベース層と、
包装物の外面を形成する二軸延伸ポリマーから製造される第2の層と、
を含む。
本発明の第1の実施形態によれば、積層体は、酸素又は芳香に対する防壁効果を有する層を有する。
別の実施形態によれば、積層体は、200μm未満の厚みを有する。
優先的には、上記積層体は、2つのフィルムのみの積層から生じる。
チューブは、積層体の末端を突合せ溶着する(butt−weld)ことによって、及び上記積層体の末端を接合する薄いストリップを加えることによって製造される。
図1で示される本発明は、積層体2の末端を溶着することによって形成された軟質チューブ状ボディー1の断面を表す。その積層体2は、チューブ状ボディーの外面を形成する少なくとも第2の層3、及び上記チューブ状ボディーの内面を形成する第1の層4を備えている。層4は、ポリオレフィンベース樹脂から構成され、そして積層体の末端の突合せ接合部5でそれ自体に容易に溶着され得る。内層4は、チューブ状ボディー1の末端でチューブヘッドの接合を可能にする。上記チューブヘッドは、溶着によるか、又はオーバーモールドによって、接合されることができる。
(1)ストリップを溶着する。例えば、溶着可能なPET(同時押出、アモルファス、被覆されたもの)、同時押出OPP、PE、PP又は加熱密閉可能なコーティングの層を備える。
(2)ストリップを溶着し、そして接着剤で被覆する。唯一の固有の特徴は、高温又は低温で使用され得る接着剤であろうとなかろうと、表面に接着剤の層を有することである。接着剤は、直線的に堆積されるか、又はストリップ上に存在してもよい。その後ストリップは、ロールの形態で保存され、その後接着剤は、シリコーン紙又はフィルムによって保護される。シリコーンは、場合により、ストリップの外面上に直接堆積されることができ、したがって、ストリップを装着する時点でシリコーン保護を除去しなければならないことを回避することが可能になり得る。
あらゆる種類の材料、特に、紙及びアルミニウムを加えることができるポイント1及び2で説明した材料を、このストリップのために使用することができる。その結果、ストリップの定義は、所望の防壁、機械的強度、及び外見特性の点で特性により導かれる。
(3)ストリップは結合されるが、しかしそれ自体接着剤で被覆されない。接着剤は、フィルム2上に堆積できるか、又は直列で堆積され得る。使用できる材料は、上のポイント1と同じである。
一般に、そして製品特性の連続性を確保するために、強化ストリップは、包装のために使用されるフィルム2、すなわちPET、OPP、OPA、防壁PET、金属化PET、防壁OPP、金属化OPP、アルミニウム、紙、PE、PPなどと同じ機能層を含み得る。

Claims (4)
- 少なくとも1つの第1の層と、1つの第2の層とを備える積層体から形成された包装用軟質チューブ状ボディーであって、
前記第1の層は、前記第1の層がそれ自体に溶着することができる特性を有する材料から形成されていることと、前記第2の層は、前記第2の層が前記第1の層の上に溶着することができない特性を有する材料から形成されていることとを特徴とし;
前記第1の層及び第2の層が、それぞれ、前記チューブの内面を形成する内層及び外面を形成する外層を形成しており;前記第1の層がポリオレフィンから形成されており、前記第2の層が、二軸延伸ポリマーから形成されており、該チューブ状ボディーが、該チューブ状ボディーの表面上に固定されかつ該積層体の末端を被覆するストリップを更に含んでおり、該ストリップは、該第2の層の強度より大きいかまたは等しい強度を有する二軸延伸ポリマーを含んでおり、該ストリップが、該チューブの外面に固定されている、包装用軟質チューブ状ボディー。 - 前記第1の層、該第1の層と接着剤層によって接合された前記第2の層および前記ストリップのみから形成されている、請求項1に記載の包装用軟質チューブ状ボディー。
- 前記第2の層が、前記第2の層がそれ自体に少なくとも部分的に溶着することができる特性を有する材料から形成されている、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の包装用軟質チューブ状ボディー。
- 前記積層体の末端が突合せ溶着されている、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の包装用軟質チューブ状ボディー。
