Description
この接合は、図2中で具体的に説明される。
溶着:同じ性質を有する、または溶融状態で混和性である2種の材料を溶融することによって接合することにある操作、該混和性は、分子鎖の拡散および相互浸透により現れ;次に分子の相互浸透の状態を固定するために、該材料を冷却する。
好ましい方法によるこれらのフィルムの接合は、溶着可能な層の融点に近い温度へ該フィルムを加熱すること、および接着されたまたは溶着されたストリップを介して該フィルムの端部を接合することにある。
図8に存在する接合は、溶着可能な層8の厚さが薄い場合に好都合である。ストリップ6は、一般的に機能性層7の上面3に接着されるが、一方ストリップ10は、層8の下面4に有利に溶着され、包装の内側表面を形成する。
図5中で具体的に説明された、本発明の選択的な方法によって生産された接合:
o接合1:PET/接着剤−PET/PE
oフィルム2:PET/PE
o機能性層7:PET−厚さ30μm
o溶着可能な層8:PE−厚さ180μm
oストリップ6:PET/接着剤厚さ40μm
o接着剤:Bostik Vitel1912

o接合1:BOPP/接着剤−BOPP PVOH/PE
oフィルム2:BOPP PVOH/PE
o機能性層7:BOPP PVOH−厚さ40μm

oストリップ6:PET/接着剤厚さ60μm
o接着剤:Bostik TLH2013

包括的でない方式で、突き合わせ溶着で使用できるいくつかのフィルムを挙げることができる:
PE EVOH PE、PE/Al/PE、PET/Al/PE、PET/PE、OPP/Al/PE、OPP/PE、Kraft/PE、Kraft/Al/PE
これらと同じ構造が、PEの代わりに溶着可能なPPを用いて生産可能である。
Claims (9)
- 端部が突き合わされるように、該端部が置かれた熱可塑性フィルムから生産された包装であって、
該フィルムは、第1の溶着可能な層および端部の突き合わせ溶着が部分的だけであるかまたは存在しない第2の層を少なくとも含む幾つかの層からなり、そして少なくとも1つの薄いストリップが該フィルムの厚さに比較して薄い厚さを有し、該ストリップが端部を被覆し、そして該第2の層の面の1つに直接取り付けられており、該第1の層と該他の層もしくは他の複数の層との間の融点の違いが20℃超である、包装。 - 該フィルムの該端部に取り付けられ、そして該フィルムの両側上に置かれた2つのストリップを含む、請求項1による包装。
- 該ストリップまたは複数のストリップが接着されている、請求項1または2による包装。
- 該第2の層および該ストリップが、合成樹脂の層によって覆われている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項による包装。
- フィルムの端部を突き合わせ溶着し、それぞれの層の該端部が直接接触し、該フィルムが第1の溶着可能な層および該端部の該突き合わせ溶着が部分的だけであるかまたは存在しない第2の層を少なくとも含む幾つかの層からなる方法であって、
該フィルムの該端部が突き合わされて置かれ、次に該第1の層の該端部を溶着するために、連続的に加熱され、そして冷却されること、および少なくとも1つのストリップが該端部を覆うように、該第2の層に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載された包装の生産方法。 - 該ストリップが、該加熱および冷却操作の前に、該第2の層に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項5による方法。
- 該ストリップが、該加熱および冷却操作の後で、該第2の層に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項5による方法。
- 該ストリップが、該加熱および冷却操作と同時に、該第2の層に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項5による方法。
- 少なくとも1つの合成樹脂の層が、該フィルムと該ストリップまたは複数のストリップとで形成された接合部の該表面を覆って配置される、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項による方法。
