Claims (17)
- 第1のガス区画室(G1)を囲んでいる第1の外殻(10)と、
前記第1のガス区画室をガスで満たすための第1のインフレータと、
前記第1のガス区画室(G1)の換気、又は前記第1の外殻(10)の形状に能動的に影響を与えるための、少なくとも1つの適応型影響付与装置と、
第2のガス区画室(G2)を囲んでいる第2の外殻(44)、及び前記第2のガス区画室(G2)をガスで満たすためのガス源を有し、前記影響付与装置を作動させるための作動装置(40)とを備え、
前記第2のガス区画室(G2)が、前記ガス源によりガスで満たされた場合、前記影響付与装置の状態が変化するエアバッグモジュールにおいて、
張力要素が設けられており、前記張力要素の第1の端部(62)が、前記適応型影響付与装置に接続されているか、又は前記適応型影響付与装置を形成しており、前記第2のガス区画室(G2)がガスで満たされていない場合、前記張力要素の第2の端部(64)が、前記作動装置(40)の前記第2の外殻(44)に接続されており、前記第2のガス区画室(G2)がガスで満たされた場合、前記張力要素の第2の端部(64)が、前記第2の外殻(44)から離されることを特徴とするエアバッグモジュール。 - 前記第2の外殻(44)が、完全に、前記第1のガス区画室(G1)の内側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記第2の外殻(44)が、完全に、前記第1のガス区画室(G1)の外側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記ガス源が、前記第1のインフレータから独立した第2のインフレータであり、前記第2のインフレータが、前記第2のガス区画室(G2)の内側に配置されているか、又は、ガス伝導要素により、前記第2のガス区画室(G2)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記インフレータが、前記第2のガス区画室(G2)の内側に配置された起爆装置(48)であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記起爆装置が、前記起爆装置の点火リード(50)により保持されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記第2の外殻(44)がまた、前記第2のガス区画室がガスで満ちた後、閉鎖されたままであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記第2のガス区画室(G2)がガスで満たされていない場合、前記張力要素の前記第2の端部が、前記第2の外殻(44)の周囲に延びているループ(64a)として構成されており、前記第2のガス区画室(G2)がガスで満たされた場合、前記張力要素の前記第2の端部が、膨張する前記第2の外殻(44)によって開放されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記第2のガス区画室(G2)がガスで満たされた場合、前記第2の外殻(44)が開くことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記第2のガス区画室(G2)がガスで満たされない限り、前記張力要素の前記第2の端部(64)が、破断接続部を介して、前記第2の外殻(44)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7又は請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記破断接続部が、前記張力要素と、前記第2の外殻(49)(原文通り)の2つの層(44a、44b)とにわたって延びているテアシーム(29)(原文通り)であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記第1の外殻、及び前記第2の外殻が、互いから完全に離されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記第1の外殻の一部分、又は前記第1の外殻の補強層の一部分が、前記第2の外殻の一部を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記適応型影響付与装置が、前記第1のガス区画室(G1)を換気する、適応型換気装置(1)であり、前記適応型換気装置(1)が、少なくとも1つの換気口(12)と、少なくとも1つの絞り要素とを備え、前記少なくとも1つの絞り要素が、第1の状態において、前記換気口を通るガス流を、第2の状態における場合よりも強く絞り、前記第2のガス区画室(G2)が、前記ガス源によってガスで満たされた場合、前記絞り要素の状態が変化することを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記換気口(12)が、前記第1の外殻(10)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 少なくとも第2の、詳細には、非適応型換気装置が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項14又は請求項15に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記張力要素の前記第1の端部(62)が、前記第1の外殻に、直接接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
