・少なくとも第2の板(2)の端面(23)とLEDストリップ(4)とを封入する不透明ポリマー製の封入用エレメント(4)、
を含む照明グレージングユニットであって、PCB(41)が複数のスペーサー(6)により第2のガラス板(2)の第1の主面(21)にもたれて位置していること、そして空間(8)に封入用エレメント(4)の不透明ポリマーが充填されていることを特徴とする照明グレージングユニット。 - 前記第2の板(2)が前記第1の板(1)よりも面積が大きいものであって、当該グレージングユニットの少なくとも前記LEDのストリップが位置する端部において前記第1の板を越えて延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の照明グレージングユニット。
- 前記PCB(41)が前記第1及び第2の板の間の前記中間層(5)により画定された空間(8)の中に及んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の照明グレージングユニット。
- 前記第2の板(2)の第1の主面(21)の端部に適用された不透明なエナメル(18)を更に含み、このエナメルが前記封入用エレメント(4)の不透明ポリマーが充填された空間(8)を隠すのに十分な面積のものであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の照明グレージングユニット。
- 前記封入用エレメントの不透明ポリマーが充填された空間(8)が、0.2mmと2mmの間、好ましくは0.3mmと1.5mmの間に含まれる厚さと、0.2cmと2cmの間、好ましくは0.3cmと1.0cmの間に含まれる深さとを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の照明グレージングユニット。
- 前記スペーサー(6)が単一の直線上のみに並ばないよう配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の照明グレージングユニット。
- 前記スペーサー(6)が、互いに平行な、且つ好ましくは前記PCB(41)の端部と前記第2の板(2)の端部とに対して平行な、2つの直線に沿って並んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の照明グレージングユニット。
- 前記スペーサー(6)の高さが200μmと1000μmの間、好ましくは400μmと700μmの間に含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の照明グレージングユニット。
- 前記スペーサー(6)が、熱伝導率λが少なくとも200W/mKに等しい、好ましくは少なくとも230W/mKに等しい材料で製作されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の照明グレージングユニット。
- 前記スペーサー(6)が金属で製作されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の照明グレージングユニット。
- 前記スペーサー(6)が前記PCB(41)の不可分の部分であり、当該PCBと同じ材料で製作されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の照明グレージングユニット。
- 連続した以下の工程、すなわち、
(a)次のもの、すなわち、
・無機又は有機ガラスで製作されて、第1の主面(11)、第2の主面(12)及び端面(13)を有する第1の板(1)、
・無機又は有機ガラスで製作されて、第1の主面(21)、第2の主面(22)及び端面(23)を有する第2の板(2)、
・第1の板(1)の第2の主面(12)及び第2の板(2)の第1の主面(21)に接着して接触する積層中間層(5)であって、ガラス板(1、2)のおのおのの面積よりも小さい面積を有し、こうして第1の板(1)の第2の主面(12)の端部と第2の板(2)の第1の主面(21)の端部との間に溝形の空間(8)を画定している積層中間層(5)、
を含む積層グレージングユニットを用意する工程、
(b)印刷回路基板(PCB)(41)と複数のLED(42)とを含むLEDの少なくとも1つのストリップ(4)を、LED(42)の発光面(31)が第1の板(2)の端面(13)に面するように、且つPCBが複数のスペーサー(6)を用いて第2のガラス板(1)の第1の主面(21)にもたれて位置するように配置する工程、及び、
(c)少なくとも第2の板の端面(23)とLEDのストリップト(4)とを封入する不透明ポリマー製の封入用エレメント(4)を作製し、第1の板(1)の第2の主面(12)の端部と第2の板(2)の第1の主面(21)の端部との間の前記空間(8)に充填する工程、
を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載の照明グレージングユニットの製造方法。 - 工程(c)が、前記グレージングユニットの端部を取り囲む成形型の中に、熱硬化性モノマーの組成物、好ましくは少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネートとポリオールとを含む組成物を注入し、当該注入した組成物をそれを硬化させるための温度に十分な時間加熱することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項12記載の方法。
