Claims (15)
- 第1のコンクリート層(14)と繊維強化材(15)とを有する外装殻(11)と、
第2のコンクリート層(16)と支持殻強化材(17)とを有する支持殻(12)と、
前記繊維強化材(15)と前記支持殻強化材(17)との間に配置され、前記支持殻(12)並びに前記外装殻(11)に接続された複数の接続体(24)と、
を備え、
前記接続体(24)のそれぞれは3次元繊維グリッド構造(25)を有する、構造用部材(10)。 - 各接続体(24)は、実質的に平面状に拡がる繊維グリッドを折り曲げ、前記折り曲げられた繊維グリッドを固定することによって作られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の構造用部材(10)。
- 各接続体(24)は、異なる空間平面内に延在する少なくとも2つのグリッド部(27、28、29)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の構造用部材(10)。
- 各接続体(24)は、互いにある距離を置いて平行に延在する第1のグリッド部(27)と第2のグリッド部(28)とを有し、また第3のグリッド部(29)が前記第1のグリッド部(27)を前記第2のグリッド部(28)へ接続することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の構造用部材(10)。
- 2つの接続体(24)はそれぞれの第3のグリッド部(29)によって相互に支えられているか、又は強化要素(36)を介して相互に接続されているかであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の構造用部材(10)。
- 前記強化要素(36)は板状の形状に設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の構造用部材(10)。
- 各接続体(24)は前記構造用部材(10)の指定された端部(46、48)に対して平行に延在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の構造用部材(10)。
- 第1のグループ(45)の複数の接続体(24)は、それぞれの場合において前記構造用部材(10)に沿って連続的に縦方向(L)に延在することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の構造用部材(10)。
- 第2のグループ(47)の複数の接続体(24)は、前記第1のグループ(45)の接続体(24)の間で、前記縦方向(L)を横断する横方向(Q)に延在することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の構造用部材(10)。
- 繊維グリッド構造(25)は、相互に付着した編地または織布または不織布又は編紐として、または織物面によって実現されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の構造用部材(10)。
- 繊維グリッド構造(25)はガラス繊維及び/又は炭素繊維を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の構造用部材(10)。
- 各接続体(24)の繊維グリッド構造(25)には被覆がなされていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の構造用部材(10)。
- 前記支持殻強化材(17)はスチール要素(18、19、20)、又は繊維材料で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の構造用部材(10)。
- 前記支持殻(12)と前記外装殻(11)の間に断熱層(13)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の構造用部材(10)。
- 構造用部材(10)の外装殻(11)のための繊維強化材(15)を型枠台(55)上に配置するステップと、
それぞれが3次元の繊維グリッド構造(25)を有する複数の接続体(24)を前記繊維強化材(15)に接続するステップと、
第1のコンクリート層(14)を注入するステップと、
前記第1のコンクリート層(14)に対して、前記接続体(24)同士の間に断熱層(13)を塗布又は製造するステップと、
前記断熱層(13)上に支持強化材(17)を配置するステップと、
第2のコンクリート層(16)を注入するステップと、
2つのコンクリート層(14、16)を硬化させるステップと、
を含む、構造用部材(10)の製造方法。
