Claims (14)
- 3次元のテキスタイル格子構造体及び第1の断熱要素(6)を備える第1の補強構造体(18)を含むプレハブ構造要素(3)を製造する段階と、次いで、
シェル型(13)にコンクリートを打設し、第1のコンクリート層(11)を形成する段階と、次いで、
プレハブ構造要素(3)を第1のコンクリート層(11)上に降下させる段階と、を含むことを特徴とするコンクリート部材の製造方法。 - 第2のコンクリート層(14)が、プレハブ構造要素(3)上に付加されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- プレハブ構造要素(3)の製造の間、第1の補強構造体(18)の第1の断熱要素(6)の少なくとも一部を囲む凹部内に、第1の断熱要素(6)が導入されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- U字型の凹部を備えており、該凹部内に第1の断熱要素(6)のパネル状の部分が導入される、テキスタイル格子構造体が使用されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- プレハブ構造要素(3)の製造の間、第1の補強構造体(18)の領域内に、第1の断熱要素(6)が液体または発泡体の形で導入されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- プレハブ構造要素(3)は連結部(19)を備え、該連結部(19)は、
液体または発泡体が第1の補強構造体(18)の領域内に導入されるとき、既に第1の補強構造体(18)の一部であるか、または第1の補強構造体(18)に堅固に接続されており、
発泡体または液体で満たされる領域を越えて突出し、
発泡体または液体が硬化している間、粉状及び/または粘性の柔軟な型材層(16)中に入り込む、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも第1のコンクリート層(11)はシェル型(13)内で形成され、プレハブ構造要素(3)は、第1のコンクリート層(11)上に降下されたとき、本発明の分野における通常の精度で型枠に嵌まることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- テキスタイル補強構造体を備える第1の補強構造体(18)と、
第1の補強構造体(18)にコンクリート層を介することなく結合された第1の断熱要素(6)と、を含むことを特徴とするコンクリート部材のプレハブ構造要素。 - 連結部(19)を備え、該連結部(19)は、
第1の補強構造体(18)の一部であるか、または第1の補強構造体(18)に堅固に接続されており、
断熱要素(6)を越えて突出し、
第2の補強構造体(12)への連結及び/またはコンクリート母材中への恒久的な埋め込みに適している、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のプレハブ構造要素。 - 長さ(l)及び幅(b)が、深さ(t)よりも大きい略面状の形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載のプレハブ構造要素。
- 第1の補強構造体(18)及び第1の断熱要素(6)は、パネル状のプレハブ構造要素(3)の大部分を満たすことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のプレハブ構造要素。
- 断熱要素(6)は、金属のような高い熱伝導性を有する材料によって貫かれない平面を定めることを特徴とする請求項8から11のいずれか1項に記載のプレハブ構造要素。
- 第1の断熱要素(6)は、発泡体状の断熱材を含むことを特徴とする請求項8から12のいずれか1項に記載のプレハブ構造要素。
- 請求項8から13のいずれか1項に記載のプレハブ構造要素(3)を備えることを特徴とするコンクリート部材。
