Claims (12)
- 着脱可能な袋用空気弁であって、中空管体と、空気弁と、第1吸着片と、第2吸着片を含み、そのうち、
前記中空管体が両側まで貫通した中心流路を備え、
前記空気弁が前記中心流路に装着されて前記中心流路を閉塞し、
前記第1吸着片と前記第2吸着片が前記中空管体の外壁にそれぞれ周着固定され、相互に吸着し合うことを特徴とする、着脱可能な袋用空気弁。 - 前記第1吸着片と前記中空管体が一体成形され、かつ前記中空管体の外壁に前記第2吸着片を嵌置するための嵌合凸縁部が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の着脱可能な袋用空気弁。
- 前記第1吸着片の前記中空管体から遠い方の一側に、複数の突起が設置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の着脱可能な袋用空気弁。
- 前記中空管体の一側に張り出し部が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の着脱可能な袋用空気弁。
- 前記第1吸着片と前記第2吸着片の側壁に凹縁部がそれぞれ形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の着脱可能な袋用空気弁。
- 前記空気弁が一方向空気弁であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の着脱可能な袋用空気弁。
- 前記空気弁が通気管を含み、前記通気管の内壁が暫減して楕円形閉塞端が形成され、前記通気管の外壁が暫減して先鋭端が形成され、かつ前記楕円形閉塞端が、前記先鋭端の前端まで延伸された間隙を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の着脱可能な袋用空気弁。
- 前記第1吸着片が第1吸着面を備え、前記第2吸着片が第2吸着面を備え、前記第1吸着面と前記第2吸着面が円弧面であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の着脱可能な袋用空気弁。
- 袋用空気弁の使用方法であって、前記袋用空気弁が、中空管体、空気弁、第1吸着片、第2吸着片を含み、前記中空管体が両側まで貫通した中心流路を備え、前記空気弁が前記中心流路に装着されて前記中心流路を閉塞し、前記第1吸着片と前記第2吸着片が前記中空管体の外壁にそれぞれ周着固定されて相互に吸着し合い、その使用方法が、
軟質の密封袋を用意し、前記密封袋に前記第1吸着片と前記第2吸着片の吸着面積より小さい穿孔を形成する工程と、
前記中空管体を前記穿孔に挿入し、前記第1吸着片と前記第2吸着片を前記密封袋の両側にそれぞれ配置して前記密封袋を介在して相互に吸着させる工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする、袋用空気弁の使用方法。 - 前記第1吸着片と前記中空管体が一体成形され、かつ前記中空管体の外壁に前記第2吸着片を嵌置するための嵌合凸縁部が形成され、前記中空管体がまず前記穿孔に挿通されて前記第1吸着片を前記密封袋に貼付させた後、前記第2吸着片を前記嵌合凸縁部に嵌置し、前記密封袋を介在して前記第1吸着片と相互に吸着させることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の袋用空気弁の使用方法。
- さらに吸気部材で前記中空管体の中心流路を覆い、前記密封袋に対して気体の吸引を行う工程を含み、かつ前記中空管体の一側に張り出し部が形成され、前記張り出し部に前記吸気部材を嵌合させることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の袋用空気弁の使用方法。
- さらに気体充填部材を前記空気弁に挿入し、前記密封袋に気体の充填を行う工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の袋用空気弁の使用方法。
