Abstract
可拆装的袋体气阀及其使用方法,其袋体气阀包含一中空管体(10)、一第一吸片(30)、一第二吸片(40)与一气阀(20),该中空管体具有一贯穿两侧的中心流道(11),该气阀填塞封闭该中心流道,该第一吸片与该第二吸片分别圈套固定于该中空管体的外壁并互相吸合;又其使用方法为准备一软性的密封袋体(50),并于该密封袋体形成一小于该第一吸片与该第二吸片吸合面积的穿洞(51),并使该中空管体穿过该穿洞,而使该第一吸片和第二吸片分别位于该密封袋体的两侧,并间隔该密封袋体互相吸合,据此利用一抽气元件(60)或一灌气元件(70)罩覆该中空管体的中心流道,即可对该密封袋体抽气或灌气,满足对该密封袋体抽真空或是灌入保鲜气体的需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及袋体,尤其涉及袋体的抽灌气结构及其使用方法。
背景技术
请参阅图1所示,已知密封的拉链袋1可以黏设一气阀2,该拉链袋1供装填食物后加以密封后,可通过一抽气元件(图未示)由该气阀2将多余的空气抽空,使该拉链袋1内形成真空状态,以避免食物氧化或受潮,而延长食物的保存期限。
或者也可通过一灌气元件(图未示),由该气阀2灌入如氮气等性质稳定的保鲜气体进入该拉链袋1,同样可以减缓食物腐败的速度,帮助食物维持其鲜度。
依据抽气或灌气需求的不同,该气阀2除了可以选用双向气阀同时满足抽气或灌气的需求之外,也可选择单向气阀,并以特定方向黏合于拉链袋1上,其不但增加抽气或灌气的效率,同时可增加气密性,满足使用上的需要。
此已知技术,虽可满足使用者对该拉链袋1抽真空或是灌气的需求,然而为了气密性的考虑,该气阀2为与该拉链袋1黏合固定,当该拉链袋1无法重复使用需要丢弃的时候,该气阀2必须一同丢弃,其不但造成环境的负担,也提高设有该气阀2的该拉链袋1的制造成本而导致售价高昂,无法满足使用上的需求。
发明内容
于是,本发明的主要目的在于披露一种可拆装的袋体气阀,以重复使用袋体气阀。
本发明的次要目的在于披露一种重复使用袋体气阀的方法,以满足环保的需求。
基于上述目的,本发明为一种袋体气阀及其使用方法,其中该袋体气阀包含一中空管体、一气阀、一第一吸片与一第二吸片,该中空管体具有一贯穿两侧的中心流道,该气阀填塞封闭该中心流道,该第一吸片与该第二吸片分别圈套固定于该中空管体的外壁并互相吸合。
该袋体气阀的使用步骤包含:首先为准备一软性的密封袋体,并于该密封袋体形成一小于该第一吸片与该第二吸片吸合面积的穿洞;接着使该中空管体穿过该穿洞,以使该第一吸片与该第二吸片分别位于该密封袋体的两侧,并间隔该密封袋体互相吸合。
据此,本发明相较已知的优点在于,通过该第一吸片与该第二吸片圈套固定于该中空管体,并间隔该密封袋体互相吸合,其不但可拆装的使用于不同的密封袋体上而可重复使用,且通过互相吸合而具良好的气密性,并可利用一抽气元件或一灌气元件罩覆该中空管体的中心流道,并通过该气阀的阻气效果,即可对该密封袋体抽气或灌气,满足对该密封袋体抽真空或是灌入保鲜气体的需求。

具体实施方式
有关本发明的详细内容及技术说明,现以实施例来作进一步说明,但应了解的是,该等实施例仅为例示说明之用,而不应被解释为本发明实施的限制。
请参阅图2、图3、图4A与图4B所示,本发明的袋体气阀,其包含一中空管体10、一气阀20、一第一吸片30与一第二吸片40,其中该中空管体10具有一贯穿两侧的中心流道11,该气阀20填塞封闭该中心流道11,而该第一吸片30与该第二吸片40分别圈套固定于该中空管体10的外壁并互相吸合,且该第一吸片30可以具有一第一吸合面301,而该第二吸片40可以具有一第二吸合面401,该第一吸合面301与该第二吸合面401可以为圆弧面,因而可通过该第一吸合面301与该第二吸合面401的圆弧面外形彼此紧靠而产生内缩的压力而紧密的互相吸合,其可产生一定的抗扭曲能力,而不易因为外力拉扯而脱落。
且该第一吸片30与该中空管体10可以一体成形,以增加气密性,并该中空管体10的外壁形成卡合该第二吸片40的一卡合凸缘12,以使该第二吸片40卡合于该卡合凸缘12上与该第一吸片30吸合,且该第一吸片30与该第二吸片40的侧端各形成一凹缘31、41,其可增加该第一吸片30与该第二吸片40的强度而不易翻曲,另该第一吸片30于远离该中空管体10的一侧,可以设置多个凸点32,并该中空管体10的一侧端可以形成一卡扣凸缘13。
又该气阀20可以使用单向气阀,其可增加抽真空或是填充气体的效率。该气阀20为单向气阀的一实施方式,如下所述,该气阀20包含一通气管21,该通气管21的内壁渐缩形成一椭圆形封闭端22,该通气管21的外壁渐缩形成一鸭嘴尖端23,且该椭圆形封闭端22具有一裂缝24延伸至该鸭嘴尖端23的前端,其可通过该鸭嘴尖端23与该椭圆形封闭端22的几何形状所自然形成的压迫力道,在该通气管21内没有正压时,可确实的密合该裂缝24,而形成单向气阀。
请参阅图5A-图5E所示,如上所述的袋体气阀的使用方法,其步骤说明如下:
首先,准备一软性的密封袋体50,并于该密封袋体50形成一小于该第一吸片30与该第二吸片40吸合面积的穿洞51(如图5A所示),该密封袋体50可以为任何可以密封的袋体,其优选为使用拉链袋,并利用打洞装置形成该穿洞51,或者可于制造该密封袋体50时一并形成。
接着使该中空管体10穿过该穿洞51,当该第一吸片30与该中空管体10一体成形,且该中空管体10的外壁形成卡合该第二吸片40的卡合凸缘12时,为先使该中空管体10先穿过该穿洞51,使该第一吸片30贴覆该密封袋体50(如图5B所示)。接着再使该第二吸片40卡合于该卡合凸缘12并间隔该密封袋体50与该第一吸片30互相吸合(如图5C所示),即可使该第一吸片30与该第二吸片40分别位于该密封袋体50的两侧,并间隔该密封袋体50互相吸合,其通过该第一吸片30与该第二吸片40的互相吸合,当该密封袋体50弯曲时,仍可保持良好的气密性,以满足使用上的需求。
最后,本发明使该密封袋体50置入食物80A并加以密闭后,再利用一抽气元件60罩覆该中空管体10的中心流道11(如图5D所示),即可对该密封袋体50进行抽气,以对该密封袋体50抽真空(排出气体)(如图5E所示),且该中空管体10的一侧端形成的该卡扣凸缘13,可供卡合该抽气元件60,以增加使用上的方便性,且该多个凸点32的设置可避免食物80A或密封袋体50完全贴合该第一吸片30而导致抽气困难。
此外,该密封袋体50排出气体的方式,除了利用该抽气元件60之外,也可直接挤压该密封袋体50,利用挤压所形成的压力差,使该密封袋体50内的气体直接排出。
请再参阅图6、图7A与图7B所示,于本实施例中,该密封袋体50上安装的中空管体10为由反方向(由外朝内)套入该穿洞51,再安装该第二吸片40(如图6所示)。据此当该密封袋体50置入如鱼等的生鲜食物80B时,可利用一灌气元件70插入该气阀20(如图7A所示),即可对该密封袋体50进行灌气,对该密封袋体50灌入保鲜气体(如图7B所示)。
如上所述,本发明通过该第一吸片30与该第二吸片40可拆装的圈套固定于该中空管体10,并可间隔该密封袋体50互相吸合,其不但可使用于不同的密封袋体50上而重复使用,且通过互相吸合而具良好的气密性。因此,本发明的袋体气阀可以重复使用,以减轻环境的负担,并有效降低制造成本,可满足使用上的需求。
Claims (10)
1.一种可拆装的袋体气阀,其特征在于,所述可拆装的袋体气阀包含:
一中空管体,所述中空管体具有一贯穿两侧的中心流道以及一自所述中空管体的外壁沿垂直于所述中心流道的方向延伸的卡合凸缘;
一气阀,所述气阀填塞封闭所述中心流道;
一第一吸片,所述第一吸片与所述中空管体一体成形,并且所述第一吸片具有一与所述卡合凸缘间隔设置以形成一装设空间的第一吸合面;以及
一第二吸片,所述第二吸片通过一穿孔套固于所述装设空间内,并且所述第二吸片具有一顶靠于所述卡合凸缘的抵靠面并具有一与所述抵靠面相对且与所述第一吸合面相互吸合的第二吸合面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可拆装的袋体气阀,其特征在于,所述第一吸片远离所述中空管体的一侧设置多个凸点。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可拆装的袋体气阀,其特征在于,所述中空管体的一侧端形成一卡扣凸缘。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可拆装的袋体气阀,其特征在于,所述第一吸片与所述第二吸片的侧端各形成一凹缘。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可拆装的袋体气阀,其特征在于,所述气阀为单向气阀。
6.根据权利要求5所述的可拆装的袋体气阀,其特征在于,所述气阀包含一通气管,所述通气管的内壁渐缩形成一椭圆形封闭端,所述通气管的外壁渐缩形成一鸭嘴尖端,且所述椭圆形封闭端具有一裂缝延伸至所述鸭嘴尖端的前端。
7.根据权利要求1所述的可拆装的袋体气阀,其特征在于,所述第一吸合面与所述第二吸合面为圆弧面。
8.一种袋体气阀的使用方法,所述袋体气阀包含一中空管体、一气阀、一第一吸片与一第二吸片,所述中空管体具有一贯穿两侧的中心流道以及一自所述中空管体的外壁沿垂直于所述中心流道的方向延伸的卡合凸缘,所述气阀填塞封闭所述中心流道,所述第一吸片与所述中空管体一体成形,并且所述第一吸片具有一与所述卡合凸缘间隔设置以形成一装设空间的第一吸合面,所述第二吸片包含一穿孔、一顶靠于所述卡合凸缘的抵靠面以及一与所述抵靠面相对且与所述第一吸合面相互吸合的第二吸合面,所述第一吸片与所述第二吸片分别圈套固定于所述中空管体的外壁并互相吸合,其特征在于,所述袋体气阀的使用方法包含步骤:
准备一软性的密封袋体,并于所述密封袋体形成一小于所述第一吸片与所述第二吸片吸合面积的穿洞;
使所述中空管体穿过所述穿洞,以使所述第一吸片贴覆所述密封袋体,再使所述第二吸片通过所述穿孔套固于所述装设空间内,并通过所述卡合凸缘顶靠所述抵靠面使所述第二吸合面间隔所述密封袋体与所述第一吸合面互相吸合。
9.根据权利要求8所述的袋体气阀的使用方法,其特征在于,步骤还包含利用一抽气元件罩覆所述中空管体的所述中心流道,以对所述密封袋体进行抽气,且所述中空管体的一侧端形成一卡扣凸缘,所述卡扣凸缘供卡合所述抽气元件。
10.根据权利要求8所述的袋体气阀的使用方法,其特征在于,步骤还包含利用一灌气元件插入所述气阀,以对所述密封袋体进行灌气。
