Abstract
本發明為可拆裝的袋體氣閥及其使用方法,其袋體氣閥包含一中空管體、一第一吸片、一第二吸片與一氣閥,該中空管體具有一貫穿兩側的中心流道,該氣閥填塞封閉該中心流道,該第一吸片與該第二吸片分別圈套固定於該中空管體的外壁並互相吸合;又其使用方法為準備一軟性的密封袋體,並於該密封袋體形成一小於該第一吸片與該第二吸片吸合面積的穿洞,並讓該中空管體穿過該穿洞,而使該第一吸片與該第二吸片分別位於該密封袋體的兩側,並間隔該密封袋體互相吸合,據此利用一抽氣元件或一灌氣元件罩覆該中空管體的中心流道,即可對該密封袋體抽氣或灌氣,滿足對該密封袋體抽真空或是灌入保鮮氣體的需求。
Description
本發明有關袋體,尤其關於袋體的抽灌氣結構及其使用方法。
請參閱「圖1」所示,習知密封的拉鍊袋1可以黏設一氣閥2,該拉鍊袋1供裝填食物後加以密封後,可藉一抽氣元件(圖未示)由該氣閥2將多餘的空氣抽空,使該拉鍊袋1內形成真空狀態,以避免食物氧化或受潮,而延長食物的保存期限。
或者亦可藉由一灌氣元件(圖未示),由該氣閥2灌入如氮氣等性質穩定的保鮮氣體進入該拉鍊袋1,同樣可以減緩食物腐敗的速度,幫助食物維持其鮮度。
依據抽氣或灌氣需求的不同,該氣閥2除了可以選用雙向氣閥同時滿足抽氣或灌氣的需求之外,亦可選擇單向氣閥,並以特定方向黏合於拉鍊袋1上,其不但增加抽氣或灌氣的效率,同時可增加氣密性,滿足使用上的需要。
此習知技術,雖可滿足使用者對該拉鍊袋1抽真空或是灌氣的需求,然而為了氣密性的考量,該氣閥2為與該拉鍊袋1黏合固定,當該拉鍊袋1無法重複使用需要丟棄的時候,該氣閥2必須一同丟棄,其不但造成環境的負擔,亦提高設有該氣閥2的該拉鍊袋1的製造成本而導致售價高昂,無法滿足使用上的需求。
爰是,本發明的主要目的在於揭露一種可拆裝的袋體氣閥,以重複使用袋體氣閥。
本發明的次要目的在於揭露一種重複使用袋體氣閥的方法,以滿足環保的需求。
基於上述目的,本發明為一種袋體氣閥及其使用方法,其中該袋體氣閥包含一中空管體、一氣閥、一第一吸片與一第二吸片,該中空管體具有一貫穿兩側的中心流道,該氣閥填塞封閉該中心流道,該第一吸片與該第二吸片分別圈套固定於該中空管體的外壁並互相吸合。
該袋體氣閥的使用步驟包含:首先為準備一軟性的密封袋體,並於該密封袋體形成一小於該第一吸片與該第二吸片吸合面積的穿洞;接著讓該中空管體穿過該穿洞,以讓該第一吸片與該第二吸片分別位於該密封袋體的兩側,並間隔該密封袋體互相吸合。
據此,藉由該第一吸片與該第二吸片圈套固定於該中空管體,並間隔該密封袋體互相吸合,其不但可拆裝的使用於不同的密封袋體上而可重複使用,且藉由互相吸合而具良好的氣密性,並可利用一抽氣元件或一灌氣元件罩覆該中空管體的中心流道,並藉由該氣閥的阻氣效果,即可對該密封袋體抽氣或灌氣,滿足對該密封袋體抽真空或是灌入保鮮氣體的需求。
茲有關本發明的詳細內容及技術說明,現以實施例來作進一步說明,但應瞭解的是,該等實施例僅為例示說明之用,而不應被解釋為本發明實施之限制。
請參閱「圖2」、「圖3」與「圖4」所示,本發明的袋體氣閥,其包含一中空管體10、一氣閥20、一第一吸片30與一第二吸片40,其中該中空管體10具有一貫穿兩側的中心流道11,該氣閥20填塞封閉該中心流道11,而該第一吸片30與該第二吸片40分別圈套固定於該中空管體10的外壁並互相吸合。
且該第一吸片30與該中空管體10可以一體成形,以增加氣密性,並該中空管體10的外壁形成卡合該第二吸片40的一卡合凸緣12,以讓該第二吸片40卡合於該卡合凸緣12上與該第一吸片30吸合,且該第一吸片30與該第二吸片40的側端各形成一凹緣31、41,其可增加該第一吸片30與該第二吸片40的強度而不易翻曲,另該第一吸片30於遠離該中空管體10的一側,可以設置複數凸點32,並該中空管體10的一側端可以形成一卡扣凸緣13。
又該氣閥20可以使用單向氣閥,其可增加抽真空或是填充氣體的效率。該氣閥20為單向氣閥的一實施方式,如下所述,該氣閥20包含一通氣管21,該通氣管21的內壁漸縮形成一橢圓形封閉端22,該通氣管21的外壁漸縮形成一鴨嘴尖端23,且該橢圓形封閉端22具有一裂縫24延伸至該鴨嘴尖端23的前端,其可藉由該鴨嘴尖端23與該橢圓形封閉端22的幾何形狀所自然形成的壓迫力道,在該通氣管21內沒有正壓時,可確實的密合該裂縫24,而形成單向氣閥。
請參閱「圖5A」~「圖5E」所示,如上所述的袋體氣閥的使用方法,其步驟說明如下:
首先,準備一軟性的密封袋體50,並於該密封袋體50形成一小於該第一吸片30與該第二吸片40吸合面積的穿洞51(如「圖5A」所示),該密封袋體50可以為任何可以密封的袋體,其較佳為使用拉鍊袋,並利用打洞裝置形成該穿洞51,或者可於製造該密封袋體50時一併形成。
接著讓該中空管體10穿過該穿洞51,當該第一吸片30與該中空管體10一體成形,且該中空管體10的外壁形成卡合該第二吸片40的卡合凸緣12時,為先讓該中空管體10先穿過該穿洞51,使該第一吸片30貼覆該密封袋體50(如「圖5B」所示)。接著再讓該第二吸片40卡合於該卡合凸緣12並間隔該密封袋體50與該第一吸片30互相吸合(如「圖5C」所示),即可讓該第一吸片30與該第二吸片40分別位於該密封袋體50的兩側,並間隔該密封袋體50互相吸合,其藉由該第一吸片30與該第二吸片40的互相吸合,當該密封袋體50彎曲時,仍可保持良好的氣密性,以滿足使用上的需求。
最後,本發明讓該密封袋體50置入食物80A並加以密閉後,再利用一抽氣元件60罩覆該中空管體10的中心流道11(如「圖5D」所示),即可對該密封袋體50進行抽氣,以對該密封袋體50抽真空(排出氣體)(如「圖5E」所示),且該中空管體10的一側端形成的該卡扣凸緣13,可供卡合該抽氣元件60,以增加使用上的方便性,且該複數凸點32的設置可避免食物80A或密封袋體50完全貼合該第一吸片30而導致抽氣困難。
此外,該密封袋體50排出氣體的方式,除了利用該抽氣元件60之外,亦可直接擠壓該密封袋體50,利用擠壓所形成的壓力差,讓該密封袋體50內的氣體直接排出。
請再參閱「圖6」、「圖7A」與「圖7B」所示,於本實施例中,該密封袋體50上安裝的中空管體10為由反方向(由外朝內)套入該穿洞51,再安裝該第二吸片40(如「圖6」所示)。據此當該密封袋體50置入如魚等之生鮮食物80B時,可利用一灌氣元件70插入該氣閥20 (如「圖7A」所示),即可對該密封袋體50進行灌氣,對該密封袋體50灌入保鮮氣體(如「圖7B」所示)。
如上所述,本發明藉由該第一吸片30與該第二吸片40可拆裝的圈套固定於該中空管體10,並可間隔該密封袋體50互相吸合,其不但可使用於不同的密封袋體50上而重複使用,且藉由互相吸合而具良好的氣密性。因此,本發明的袋體氣閥可以重複使用,以減輕環境的負擔,並有效降低製造成本,可滿足使用上的需求。
惟上述僅為本發明之較佳實施例而已,並非用來限定本發明實施之範圍。即凡依本發明申請專利範圍所做的均等變化與修飾,皆為本發明專利範圍所涵蓋。

Claims (10)
- 一種可拆裝的袋體氣閥,其包含:
一中空管體,該中空管體具有一貫穿兩側的中心流道;
一氣閥,該氣閥填塞封閉該中心流道;
一第一吸片;以及
一第二吸片,該第一吸片與該第二吸片分別圈套固定於該中空管體的外壁並互相吸合。 - 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的可拆裝的袋體氣閥,其中該第一吸片與該中空管體一體成形,且該中空管體的外壁形成卡合該第二吸片的一卡合凸緣。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的可拆裝的袋體氣閥,其中該第一吸片遠離該中空管體的一側,設置複數凸點。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的可拆裝的袋體氣閥,其中該中空管體的一側端形成一卡扣凸緣。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的可拆裝的袋體氣閥,其中該第一吸片與該第二吸片的側端各形成一凹緣。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的可拆裝的袋體氣閥,其中該氣閥為單向氣閥。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述的可拆裝的袋體氣閥,其中該氣閥包含一通氣管,該通氣管的內壁漸縮形成一橢圓形封閉端,該通氣管的外壁漸縮形成一鴨嘴尖端,且該橢圓形封閉端具有一裂縫延伸至該鴨嘴尖端的前端。
- 一種袋體氣閥的使用方法,該袋體氣閥包含一中空管體、一氣閥、一第一吸片與一第二吸片,該中空管體具有一貫穿兩側的中心流道,該氣閥填塞封閉該中心流道,該第一吸片與該第二吸片分別圈套固定於該中空管體的外壁並互相吸合,其步驟包含:
準備一軟性的密封袋體,並於該密封袋體形成一小於該第一吸片與該第二吸片吸合面積的穿洞;
讓該中空管體穿過該穿洞,以讓該第一吸片與該第二吸片分別位於該密封袋體的兩側,並間隔該密封袋體互相吸合。 - 如申請專利範圍第8項所述的袋體氣閥的使用方法,其中該第一吸片與該中空管體一體成形,且該中空管體的外壁形成卡合該第二吸片的一卡合凸緣,該中空管體先穿過該穿洞讓該第一吸片貼覆該密封袋體,再讓該第二吸片卡合於該卡合凸緣並間隔該密封袋體與該第一吸片互相吸合。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項所述的袋體氣閥的使用方法,其步驟更包含利用一抽氣元件罩覆該中空管體的中心流道與利用一灌氣元件插入該氣閥的任一,以對該密封袋體進行抽氣與灌氣的任一,且該中空管體的一側端形成一卡扣凸緣,該卡扣凸緣供卡合該抽氣元件。
