10、一气阀 20、一第一吸片 30与一第二吸片 40, 其中该中空管体 10具有一贯穿两侧 的中心流道 11, 该气阀 20填塞封闭该中心流道 11, 而该第一吸片 30与该第二吸片 40分别圈套固定于该中空管体 10的外壁并互相吸合, 且该第一吸片 30可以具有一第 一吸合面 301, 而该第二吸片 40可以具有一第二吸合面 401, 该第一吸合面 301与该 第二吸合面 401可以为圆弧面, 因而可通过该第一吸合面 301与该第二吸合面 401的 圆弧面外形彼此紧靠而产生内缩的压力而紧密的互相吸合, 其可产生一定的抗扭曲能 力, 而不易因为外力拉扯而脱落。 且该第一吸片 30与该中空管体 10可以一体成形, 以增加气密性, 并该中空管体 10的外壁形成卡合该第二吸片 40的一卡合凸缘 12,以使该第二吸片 40卡合于该卡合 凸缘 12上与该第一吸片 30吸合, 且该第一吸片 30与该第二吸片 40的侧端各形成一 凹缘 31、 41, 其可增加该第一吸片 30与该第二吸片 40的强度而不易翻曲, 另该第一 吸片 30于远离该中空管体 10的一侧, 可以设置多个凸点 32, 并该中空管体 10的一 侧端可以形成一卡扣凸缘 13。 又该气阀 20 可以使用单向气阀, 其可增加抽真空或是填充气体的效率。 该气阀 20为单向气阀的一实施方式, 如下所述, 该气阀 20包含一通气管 21, 该通气管 21 的内壁渐缩形成一椭圆形封闭端 22, 该通气管 21的外壁渐缩形成一鸭嘴尖端 23, 且 该椭圆形封闭端 22具有一裂缝 24延伸至该鸭嘴尖端 23的前端,其可通过该鸭嘴尖端 23与该椭圆形封闭端 22的几何形状所自然形成的压迫力道, 在该通气管 21内没有正 压时, 可确实的密合该裂缝 24, 而形成单向气阀。 请参阅图 5A-图 5E所示, 如上所述的袋体气阀的使用方法, 其步骤说明如下: 首先, 准备一软性的密封袋体 50, 并于该密封袋体 50形成一小于该第一吸片 30 与该第二吸片 40吸合面积的穿洞 51 (如图 5A所示), 该密封袋体 50可以为任何可以 密封的袋体, 其优选为使用拉链袋, 并利用打洞装置形成该穿洞 51, 或者可于制造该 密封袋体 50时一并形成。 接着使该中空管体 10穿过该穿洞 51, 当该第一吸片 30与该中空管体 10—体成 形, 且该中空管体 10的外壁形成卡合该第二吸片 40的卡合凸缘 12时, 为先使该中空 管体 10先穿过该穿洞 51, 使该第一吸片 30贴覆该密封袋体 50 (如图 5B所示)。 接 着再使该第二吸片 40卡合于该卡合凸缘 12并间隔该密封袋体 50与该第一吸片 30互 相吸合 (如图 5C所示), 即可使该第一吸片 30与该第二吸片 40分别位于该密封袋体 50的两侧, 并间隔该密封袋体 50互相吸合, 其通过该第一吸片 30与该第二吸片 40 的互相吸合,当该密封袋体 50弯曲时,仍可保持良好的气密性, 以满足使用上的需求。 最后, 本发明使该密封袋体 50置入食物 80A并加以密闭后, 再利用一抽气元件 60罩覆该中空管体 10的中心流道 11 (如图 5D所示), 即可对该密封袋体 50进行抽 气, 以对该密封袋体 50抽真空 (排出气体) (如图 5E所示), 且该中空管体 10的一 侧端形成的该卡扣凸缘 13, 可供卡合该抽气元件 60, 以增加使用上的方便性, 且该多 个凸点 32的设置可避免食物 80A或密封袋体 50完全贴合该第一吸片 30而导致抽气 困难。 此外, 该密封袋体 50排出气体的方式, 除了利用该抽气元件 60之外, 也可直接 挤压该密封袋体 50, 利用挤压所形成的压力差, 使该密封袋体 50内的气体直接排出。 请再参阅图 6、 图 7A与图 7B所示, 于本实施例中, 该密封袋体 50上安装的中 空管体 10为由反方向 (由外朝内) 套入该穿洞 51, 再安装该第二吸片 40 (如图 6所 示)。 据此当该密封袋体 50置入如鱼等的生鲜食物 80B时, 可利用一灌气元件 70插 入该气阀 20 (如图 7A所示), 即可对该密封袋体 50进行灌气, 对该密封袋体 50灌入 保鲜气体 (如图 7B所示)。 如上所述, 本发明通过该第一吸片 30与该第二吸片 40可拆装的圈套固定于该中 空管体 10, 并可间隔该密封袋体 50互相吸合, 其不但可使用于不同的密封袋体 50上 而重复使用, 且通过互相吸合而具良好的气密性。 因此, 本发明的袋体气阀可以重复 使用, 以减轻环境的负担, 并有效降低制造成本, 可满足使用上的需求。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种可拆装的袋体气阀, 其特征在于, 所述可拆装的袋体气阀包含:
一中空管体, 所述中空管体具有一贯穿两侧的中心流道;
一气阀, 所述气阀填塞封闭所述中心流道;
一第一吸片; 以及
一第二吸片, 所述第一吸片与所述第二吸片分别圈套固定于所述中空管体 的外壁并互相吸合。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的可拆装的袋体气阀, 其特征在于, 所述第一吸片与所述 中空管体一体成形, 且所述中空管体的外壁形成卡合所述第二吸片的一卡合凸 缘。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的可拆装的袋体气阀 , 其特征在于, 所述第一吸片远离所 述中空管体的一侧设置多个凸点。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的可拆装的袋体气阀 , 其特征在于, 所述中空管体的一侧 端形成一卡扣凸缘。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的可拆装的袋体气阀 , 其特征在于, 所述第一吸片与所述 第二吸片的侧端各形成一凹缘。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的可拆装的袋体气阀 ,其特征在于,所述气阀为单向气阀。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的可拆装的袋体气阀, 其特征在于, 所述气阀包含一通气 管, 所述通气管的内壁渐缩形成一椭圆形封闭端, 所述通气管的外壁渐缩形成 一鸭嘴尖端, 且所述椭圆形封闭端具有一裂缝延伸至所述鸭嘴尖端的前端。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的可拆装的袋体气阀, 其特征在于, 所述第一吸片具有一 第一吸合面, 所述第二吸片具有一第二吸合面, 所述第一吸合面与所述第二吸 合面为圆弧面。
9. 一种袋体气阀的使用方法, 所述袋体气阀包含一中空管体、 一气阀、 一第一吸 片与一第二吸片, 所述中空管体具有一贯穿两侧的中心流道, 所述气阀填塞封 闭所述中心流道, 所述第一吸片与所述第二吸片分别圈套固定于所述中空管体 的外壁并互相吸合, 其特征在于, 所述袋体气阀的使用方法包含步骤:
准备一软性的密封袋体, 并于所述密封袋体形成一小于所述第一吸片与所 述第二吸片吸合面积的穿洞;
使所述中空管体穿过所述穿洞, 以使所述第一吸片与所述第二吸片分别位 于所述密封袋体的两侧, 并间隔所述密封袋体互相吸合。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的袋体气阀的使用方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一吸片与所 述中空管体一体成形, 且所述中空管体的外壁形成卡合所述第二吸片的一卡合 凸缘, 所述中空管体先穿过所述穿洞使所述第一吸片贴覆所述密封袋体, 再使 所述第二吸片卡合于所述卡合凸缘并间隔所述密封袋体与所述第一吸片互相吸
11. 根据权利要求 9所述的袋体气阀的使用方法, 其特征在于, 步骤还包含利用一 抽气元件罩覆所述中空管体的中心流道, 以对所述密封袋体进行抽气, 且所述 中空管体的一侧端形成一卡扣凸缘, 所述卡扣凸缘供卡合所述抽气元件。
12. 根据权利要求 9所述的袋体气阀的使用方法, 其特征在于, 步骤还包含利用一 灌气元件插入所述气阀, 以对所述密封袋体进行灌气。
