本发明公开了一种“真空保鲜袋夹”，涉及食品保鲜技术领域。使用本夹子实现用普通保鲜袋来达到食品真空保鲜的作用。本夹子由抽气本体组合和密封夹组合两部分构成。抽气本体组合包括抽气阀体、逆止阀座、封闭塞三件，抽气阀体和逆止阀座两者之间放置逆止阀片。密封夹组合由密封左夹、密封右夹、和密封夹轴三件组成，密封夹轴插入密封左夹和密封右夹的轴孔里，构成可自由旋转的密封夹组合。抽气阀体的外周，设置高弹性橡胶软管，使用时将装有食品的保鲜袋围于橡胶软管外周，用密封夹夹住扣紧，然后用普通抽气泵对口抽气阀体，将保鲜袋抽真空，最后用封闭塞塞住，达到真空保鲜的目的。

本发明是属于日常生活食品保鲜领域，采用普通保鲜袋实现对各种时蔬、水果、食品等进行抽真空保鲜，延长保质时间，可减少资源的消耗，也有利环保。
背景技术
真空保鲜的手段，是经过实践证明的有效方法，食品保鲜是日常生活中人们的要求，由于每天都会发生，要求产品使用简便和价格低廉，本发明就是用普通的保鲜袋或包装袋，使用本“真空保鲜夹”来实现保鲜袋的真空保存。制造简易，成本低廉，使用方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种“夹子”，可以利用普通的保鲜袋或直接用市场购物带回的包装袋，将菜蔬等置于袋中，利用本“夹子”夹住，用抽气泵将保鲜袋抽真空，实现真空保鲜的目的。现有的“真空保鲜袋”，其结构均为袋口的密封条和抽气口分别设置的，这样必须使用这种专用的真空保鲜袋来装置食品，与本发明实现真空保鲜的途径不同。
本发明“真空保鲜袋夹”是由抽气本体和密封夹两部分构成。所述抽气本体由抽气阀体4，逆止阀座5，封闭塞6组成，逆止阀座5一端插入抽气阀体4，两者之间放置逆止阀片7。逆止阀座5另一端可插入普通的吸管，以延长抽气阀体的长度，避免在抽气时保鲜袋堵住抽气口。所述密封夹由密封左夹1，密封右夹2，密封夹轴3组成。所述密封夹轴3插入密封左夹1和密封右夹2的轴孔里，构成可自由旋转的密封夹组合。
所述抽气阀体和密封夹之间，设置高弹性橡胶软管。使用时，将需要保存的物品装于普通的保鲜袋中，或将装有物品的包装袋，将袋口均匀地收拢于所述抽气阀体4外的橡胶软管外部四周，然后用密封夹将橡胶软管包住后扣紧，使用一般的抽气泵对接抽气阀体4的抽气口，将袋内的空气抽空，因有逆止阀片7阻止气体回流，保鲜袋形成真空状态，为避免逆止阀片7慢漏气，用封闭塞6将抽气阀体4抽气口塞住即可。

Claims (2)

1.一种“真空保鲜袋夹”子，其构造的特点是把抽真空体和密封夹合并于一处，不同于现有的密封带和抽气口分别设置的真空袋，使整体结构大大简化，方便在于不必使用专用的真空袋，使用一般的保鲜袋，或者包装袋就可以实现真空包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述， 抽气本体组合由抽气阀体4，逆止阀座5，封闭塞6组成 ，抽气阀体4一端是带斜度的抽气口，以便封闭塞6塞住后不漏气。抽气时只要使用一般的抽气泵，其抽气嘴的斜度和抽气口的一致即可。逆止阀座5一端放置逆止阀片7，逆止阀座5插入抽气阀体4，并有定位卡扣固定插入的深度，逆止阀座5另一端可插入6毫米的普通吸管，以延长逆止阀座5的长度，避免抽气时堵住抽气口。密封夹由密封左夹1，密封右夹2，密封夹轴3轴组成。左右夹体内圆弧壁设有二道密封环，使两夹闭合时，能锁紧包围于抽气阀体4外围高弹性橡胶软管的保鲜袋。另有二道距离不等的锁口，以便左右夹闭合时适应不同厚度密封袋的锁紧。密封夹轴3上也有定位卡扣，以防密封夹窜动。
