Description

氣密罐之改良裝置
本創作主要關於氣密罐之改良裝置,特別是指一種在容器蓋體上具有氣密結構,使蓋體蓋合容器時能提供氣密效果。
許多食物長期曝露於空氣中時,容易吸附空氣中含有的水氣,導致食物受潮而發霉,例如茶葉、餅乾、調味料…等。拆封後的食品若無法一次使用完畢,則必須將包裝再次密封並放置於乾燥處,以避免受潮的情況發生。常見的防潮措施有以橡皮筋將包裝開口捆綁固定密封、在包裝內置入乾燥劑、保存於氣密罐內。
現今普遍常見的手法為保存於氣密罐內,氣密罐具有各種收納尺寸,同時能收納食物及保護食物,並有效將容器內及容器外部空氣隔離,避免食物受潮。
請參閱中華民國專利公告號第M384166號『防潮容器』,一種防潮容器,其係由容器本體及蓋體組成。該容器本體設有一具開口之收納空間,使之可供食品或精密產品置入,且令蓋體能將容器本體開口封閉;其特徵在於:該容器本體及蓋體位於收納空間之壁面塗附有一天然漆所構成之層膜,令容器本體及蓋體能以層膜鄰接收納空間,俾利用天然漆所含活性Laccase酵素,可以收納空間中的水分作為媒介而進行持續性乾燥(硬化),據以將該收納空間中之水份充份吸收,使之可對食品或精密產品產生一份絕佳之防 潮保存功能。
習知技術的『防潮容器』雖然能將食物保存於收納空間內,並以防漏墊圈密封本體的開口,並以一層膜達到防潮的效果。然而,習知技術的層膜係塗佈於容器本體及蓋體內壁,使層膜容易沾附於食品上,影響食物的品質,且其係無法直接將收納空間內的氣體排出容器本體外,因此需以結構複雜的樞座及扣件達到蓋體與容器本體相互定位的效果,導致加工成本提升,且若樞座及扣件之間的結合鬆弛,則影響密封的效果,而無法有效保持食品於內。
有鑑於習知技術的缺失,本創作人經過多年的研究及改良,而研發出一種透過簡單的結構,達到氣密效果之「氣密罐之改良裝置」。
本創作主要目的係改善習知技術需透過層膜才能將收納空間內容易影響食物的品質之缺失,而本創作以簡易的結構於蓋體蓋合容器時,能將容器內的氣體有效排出達到氣密效果。
為了達到上述目的及功效,本創作『氣密罐之改良裝置』,其包括一蓋體、一容器及二氣密件,該蓋體組設容器,且蓋體設有一氣密部及一解氣部;該二氣密件分別組設於氣密部及解氣部,且各氣密件分別設有一進氣口及一受壓之出氣縫,該出氣縫可為閉合狀態及開放狀態,該進氣口及出氣縫相互連通,該位於氣密部之氣密件,其進氣口朝向容器內,出氣縫朝向容器外,而位於解氣部之氣密件,其進氣口朝向容器外,出氣縫朝向容器內;據此,蓋體蓋合及拔離容器時,其中一氣密件之出氣縫呈閉合狀態,另一氣密件之出氣縫呈開放狀態,以改變容器內、外的壓力差,以達到 氣密的效果,讓蓋體緊固於容器上。
本創作該氣密件包括一頭段及一連接頭段之身段,該進氣口位於頭段,而出氣縫位於身段,該氣密部及解氣部各貫設一組孔,該二氣密件分別組設於氣密部之組孔及解氣部之組孔;各組孔內壁設有一嵌合塊,而氣密件之身段對應嵌合塊設有一相互嵌固之嵌卡槽。
本創作各氣密件設有一環繞頭段之環部。
本創作各氣密件之身段係由頭段方向往身段末端漸縮,且進氣口之口徑大於出氣縫之口徑。

本創作為達成上述的目的與功效,以及所採用之技術手段與構造,茲搭配圖示就本創作的實施例加以詳細說明其特徵與功效。
請參閱第一圖至第六圖所示,本創作一種『氣密罐之 改良裝置』,其包括其一蓋體1、一容器2及二氣密件3,其中:該蓋體1組設容器2,且蓋體1設有一氣密部11及一解氣部12;該二氣密件3分別組設於氣密部11及解氣部12,且各氣密件3分別設有一進氣口31及一受壓之出氣縫32,該出氣縫32可為閉合狀態及開放狀態,該進氣口31及出氣縫32相互連通,該位於氣密部11之氣密件3,其進氣口31朝向容器2內,出氣縫32朝向容器2外,而位於解氣部12之氣密件3,其進氣口31朝向容器2外,出氣縫32朝向容器2內(前述為本創作主實施例之主要技術特徵,其對應本案申請專利範圍第一項的內容,得以詳知本創作之目的與實施型態,而其餘附屬申請專利範圍所述的技術特徵是為對申請專利範圍第一項內容的詳述或附加技術特徵,而非用以限制申請專利範圍第一項的界定範圍,應知本案申請專利範圍第一項不必要一定包含其餘附屬申請專利範圍所述的技術特徵)。
請參閱第五圖至第八圖所示,該氣密部11及解氣部12係分別位於蓋體1的頂面,位於氣密部11的氣密件3之進氣口31朝下位於容器2內,而其出氣縫32朝上位於容器2外。位於解氣部12之氣密件3其出氣縫32朝下位於容器2內,而其進氣口31朝上位於容器2外。第五圖中實心箭頭為氣流方向,當蓋體1封蓋容器2時,由於蓋體1是向下壓蓋容器2(如第五圖中空心箭頭),藉此容器2內的氣體受到蓋體1的擠壓,使容器2中的氣體由位於氣密部11之氣密件3進氣口31往出氣縫32的方向排出,此時,容器2內的大氣壓力會小於容器2外的大氣壓力,以達到氣密的效果。
反之,蓋體1拔離容器2過程中,空氣中的氣體會由解氣部12之氣密件3其進氣口31經出氣縫32流入容器2內,使容 器2外的氣壓與容器2內的氣壓達到平衡,以解除氣密效果,使得蓋體1能輕易的拔離容器2(氣流易由高壓處往低壓處流動)。
如此,本創作藉由簡單的結構,只需透過將蓋體1蓋合容器2及拔離容器2,以達到氣密效果及解除氣密效果,而不需以任何按鈕結構達到氣密的效果,藉以方便使用者操作及使用。
請參閱第六圖所示,本創作該氣密件3包括一頭段33及一連接頭段33之身段34,該進氣口31位於頭段33,而出氣縫32位於身段34,該氣密部11及解氣部12各貫設一組孔13,該二氣密件3分別組設於氣密部11之組孔13及解氣部12之組孔13;該組孔13內壁設有一嵌合塊131,而氣密件3之身段34對應嵌合塊131設有一相互嵌固之嵌卡槽35,藉以氣密件3能卡固於組孔13內,而無法任意拔離組孔13。
請參閱第三圖所示,本創作各氣密件3設有一環繞頭段33之環部36,故氣體集中由環部36進入進氣口31。
值得一提得是,請參閱第七圖所示,本創作各氣密件3之身段34係由頭段33方向往身段34末端漸縮,且該進氣口31之口徑大於出氣縫32之口徑,如此氣體只能由進氣口31進入,當氣體由進氣口31進入推抵撐開氣密件3之身段34,該出氣縫32之開口被擴大,使氣體能通過出氣縫32導出。
由上所述者僅為用以解釋本創作之較佳實施例,並非企圖據以對本創作做任何形式上之限制,是以,凡有在相同之創作精神下所做有關本創作之任何修飾或變更者,為其他可據以實施之型態且具有相同效果者,皆仍應包括在本創作意圖保護之範疇內。
綜上所述,本創作「氣密罐之改良裝置」,其實用性 及成本效益上,確實是完全符合產業上發展所需,且所揭露之結構創作亦是具有前所未有的創新構造,所以其具有「新穎性」應無疑慮,又本創作可較習用之結構更具功效之增進,因此亦具有「進步性」,其完全符合我國專利法有關創作專利之申請要件的規定,乃依法提起專利申請,並敬請 鈞局早日審查,並給予肯定。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種氣密罐之改良裝置,其包括一蓋體、一容器及二氣密件,其中:該蓋體組設容器,且蓋體設有一氣密部及一解氣部;該二氣密件分別組設於氣密部及解氣部,且各氣密件分別設有一進氣口及一受壓之出氣縫,該進氣口及出氣縫相互連通,該位於氣密部之氣密件,其進氣口朝向容器內,出氣縫朝向容器外,而位於解氣部之氣密件,其進氣口朝向容器外,出氣縫朝向容器內。
  2. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之氣密罐之改良裝置,其中,該氣密件包括一頭段及一連接頭段之身段,該進氣口位於頭段,而出氣縫位於身段,該氣密部及解氣部各貫設一組孔,該二氣密件分別組設於氣密部之組孔及解氣部之組孔。
  3. 根據申請專利範圍第2項所述之氣密罐之改良裝置,其中,該組孔內壁設有一嵌合塊,而氣密件之身段對應嵌合塊設有一相互嵌固之嵌卡槽。
  4. 根據申請專利範圍第2項所述之氣密罐之改良裝置,其中,各氣密件設有一環繞頭段之環部。
  5. 根據申請專利範圍第2項至第4項任一項所述之氣密罐之改良裝置,其中,各氣密件之身段係由頭段方向往身段末端漸縮,且進氣口之口徑大於出氣縫之口徑。
