Abstract
【解決手段】 内部に作用室Lが形成されるシリンダ1と、このシリンダ1の一方側開口部に固定される環状のロッドガイド2と、上記ロッドガイド2の内側に軸方向に移動可能に挿通されるロッド4と、上記ロッドガイド2の上記作用室側に取り付けられて上記ロッド4の外周面に摺接する環状のオイルシール10と、このオイルシール10を上記作用室側から支える環状のシールホルダ13とを備えており、上記ロッドガイド2に上記シールホルダ13を保持する保持部2cが備えられている。

Claims (4)
- 内部に作用室が形成されるシリンダと、このシリンダの一方側開口部に固定される環状のロッドガイドと、上記ロッドガイドの内側に軸方向に移動可能に挿通されるロッドと、上記ロッドガイドの上記作用室側に取り付けられて上記ロッドの外周面に摺接する環状のオイルシールと、このオイルシールを上記作用室側から支える環状のシールホルダとを備えており、
上記ロッドガイドに上記シールホルダを保持する保持部が備えられていることを特徴とする緩衝器。 - 上記ロッドガイドの上記作用室側には、環状のケース部が形成されており、上記オイルシールと上記シールホルダが上記ケース部に収容され、上記保持部が、上記ケース部の上記作用室側端部内周から中心側に張り出す爪であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。
- 上記爪の上記作用室側の面は、上記ケース部の中心側に向けて反作用室側に傾斜するテーパ状になっていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の緩衝器。
- 上記ケース部は、反作用室側に小径部と上記作用室側に上記小径部より内径が大きい大径部を備えるとともに、上記小径部には上記オイルシールが挿入され、上記大径部には上記シールホルダが圧入されており、上記爪は円弧状または環状に形成され、上記爪の内周端を結ぶ円の直径が上記大径部の内径よりも小さく、かつ、上記小径部の内径よりも大きく形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載の緩衝器。
