Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の圧縮機は、ラグプレート51に案内面57a、57bが形成されており、斜板アーム5e、5fに被案内面59a、59bが形成されている。案内面57a、57bと、被案内面59a、59bとは、傾斜角度が最大である時に第1当接位置P1でそれぞれ線接触し、傾斜角度が最小である時に第2当接位置P2でそれぞれ線接触する。案内面57a、57bは、第1当接位置P1と第2当接位置P2との間において、被案内面59a、59bに向かって凸形状に形成されている。この圧縮機では、第1当接位置P1における接触角度θ1を大きくすることができるとともに、第2当接位置P2における接触角度θ2を小さくすることができる。

前記リンク機構は、前記斜板室内で前記駆動軸上に設けられ、前記斜板と対向するラグ部材と、前記ラグ部材から前記駆動軸の回転が伝達される斜板アームとを有し、
前記ラグ部材には、前記斜板アームと対面する案内面が形成され、
前記斜板アームには、前記案内面に当接して案内される被案内面が形成され、
前記アクチュエータは、前記ラグ部材と、前記ラグ部材と前記斜板との間に配置され、前記駆動軸心方向に移動可能な移動体と、前記ラグ部材と前記移動体との間に設けられ、内部の圧力によって前記移動体を移動させる制御圧室とを有し、
前記案内面は、前記傾斜角度が最大である時における前記案内面と前記被案内面との第1当接位置と、前記傾斜角度が最小である時における前記案内面と前記被案内面との第2当接位置との間において、前記被案内面に向かって凸形状に形成されていることを特徴とする。
図1に示すように、実施例1の圧縮機は、ハウジング1と、駆動軸3と、斜板5と、リンク機構7と、複数のピストン9と、一対のシュー11a、11bと、アクチュエータ13と、図2に示す制御機構15とを備えている。
実施例2の圧縮機は、実施例1の圧縮機における斜板アーム5e、5fに換えて、図9に示す一対の斜板アーム67が設けられている。図示を省略するものの、各斜板アーム67も上死点面Xを跨いで斜板5の前面5aにそれぞれ形成されており、前面5aから前方に向かって延びている。また、各斜板アーム67の先端には、被案内面67aが形成されている。同図の二点鎖線で示すように、被案内面67aは、上死点面Xと直交するように延びる母線を有する楕円形状に形成されている。

- 吸入室、吐出室、斜板室及びシリンダボアが形成されたハウジングと、前記ハウジングに回転可能に支持された駆動軸と、前記駆動軸の回転によって前記斜板室内で回転可能な斜板と、前記駆動軸と前記斜板との間に設けられ、前記駆動軸の駆動軸心に直交する方向に対する前記斜板の傾斜角度の変更を許容するリンク機構と、前記シリンダボアに往復動可能に収納されたピストンと、前記斜板の回転により、前記傾斜角度に応じたストロークで前記ピストンを前記シリンダボア内で往復動させる変換機構と、前記傾斜角度を変更可能なアクチュエータと、前記アクチュエータを制御する制御機構とを備え、
前記リンク機構は、前記斜板室内で前記駆動軸上に設けられ、前記斜板と対向するラグ部材と、前記ラグ部材から前記駆動軸の回転が伝達される斜板アームとを有し、
前記ラグ部材には、前記斜板アームと対面する案内面が形成され、
前記斜板アームには、前記案内面に当接して案内される被案内面が形成され、
前記アクチュエータは、前記ラグ部材と、前記ラグ部材と前記斜板との間に配置され、前記駆動軸心方向に移動可能な移動体と、前記ラグ部材と前記移動体との間に設けられ、内部の圧力によって前記移動体を移動させる制御圧室とを有し、
前記案内面は、前記傾斜角度が最大である時における前記案内面と前記被案内面との第1当接位置と、前記傾斜角度が最小である時における前記案内面と前記被案内面との第2当接位置との間において、前記被案内面に向かって凸形状に形成されていることを特徴とする容量可変型斜板式圧縮機。 - 前記案内面の頂部は、前記第1当接位置と前記第2当接位置との中間よりも、前記第1当接位置側にオフセットされている請求項1記載の容量可変型斜板式圧縮機。
- 前記被案内面は、前記第1当接位置と前記第2当接位置とで曲率半径が異なっている請求項1又は2記載の容量可変型斜板式圧縮機。
