Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る塗装金属板は、外装用のクロメートフリーの塗装金属板であり、金属板と、前記金属板上に配置される上塗り塗膜とを有する。当該上塗り塗膜は、0.2〜15体積%の細孔粒子を光沢調整剤として含有し、0.2〜15体積%の一次粒子を艶消し剤として含有する。光沢調整剤の個数平均粒径をR1(μm)、艶消し剤の個数平均粒径をR2(μm)、上塗り塗膜の膜厚をT(μm)、光沢調整剤の個数粒度分布の標準偏差をσ1(μm)、および艶消し剤の個数粒度分布の標準偏差をσ2(μm)としたときに、上記塗装金属板は、下記式を満足する。

Description
[1]金属板と、前記金属板上に配置される上塗り塗膜とを有する、クロメートフリーの塗装金属板であって、前記上塗り塗膜は、細孔を有する粒子である光沢調整剤および一次粒子である艶消し剤を含有し、前記上塗り塗膜における前記光沢調整剤の含有量は、0.2〜15体積%であり、前記上塗り塗膜における前記艶消し剤の含有量は、0.2〜15体積%であり、前記光沢調整剤の個数平均粒径をR1(μm)、前記艶消し剤の個数平均粒径をR2(μm)、前記上塗り塗膜の膜厚をT(μm)、前記光沢調整剤の個数粒度分布の標準偏差をσ1、前記艶消し剤の個数粒度分布の標準偏差をσ2としたときに、下記式を満足する、塗装金属板。

両面付着量150g/m2の溶融55%Al−Zn合金めっき鋼板をアルカリ脱脂し、当該めっき鋼板のめっき層の表面に、塗装前処理として、20℃の、クロメート処理液である日本ペイント株式会社製の「サーフコートNRC300NS」(「サーフコート」は同社の登録商標)を塗布し、当該めっき鋼板を水洗することなく100℃で乾燥し、クロム換算で20mg/m2の付着量のクロメート処理鋼板を得た。また、上記クロメート処理液に代えて下記クロメートフリー処理液を塗布し、当該めっき鋼板を水洗することなく100℃で乾燥し、Ti換算で10mg/m2の付着量のクロメートフリーの化成処理鋼板を得た。

アミノメチル置換ポリビニルフェノール 72g/L

(下塗り塗料1)
リン酸塩混合物 15体積%

下記組成の上塗り塗料1〜3を調製した。上塗り塗料1は、下記クリアー塗料が日本ファインコーティングス株式会社製の「CAクリアー塗料」であり、上塗り塗料2は、下記クリアー塗料が同社製の「QKクリアー塗料」であり、上塗り塗料3は、下記クリアー塗料が同社製の「NSC3300クリアー塗料」である。カーボンブラックは着色顔料である。下記体積%は、上塗り塗料中の固形分に対する割合である。
(上塗り塗料)
カーボンブラック 7体積%
光沢調整剤(種類および配合量は表1〜3に記載)
艶消し剤(種類および配合量は表1〜3に記載)
クリアー塗料 残り
光沢調整剤としてシリカ粒子A’(シリカA’)(「’」は、分級したものであることを示す)を0.2体積%、艶消し剤としてアクリル粒子A(アクリルA)を5体積%で配合した上塗り塗料1を、塗装原板1の下塗り塗膜1の表面に塗布し、塗装原板1における上記めっき鋼板の到達温度が220℃となるように塗装原板1を加熱し、乾燥膜厚Tが15μmの上塗り塗膜を作製した。こうして、塗装金属板1を作製した。
光沢調整剤としてシリカ粒子B’(シリカB’)を0.2体積%で配合した上塗り塗料1を用いる以外は、塗装金属板1と同様にして、塗装金属板14を作製した。
光沢調整剤としてシリカ粒子B’に代えてシリカ粒子C’(シリカC’)を用いる以外は、塗装金属板15と同様にして、塗装金属板27を作製した。シリカ粒子C’は、東ソー・シリカ株式会社製「ニップジェル AZ−410」の、粒径が0.5T以上の粒子を強制渦遠心式精密空気分級機によってカットした粉体である。「ニップジェル AZ−410」は、湿式ゲル法とその後の無機物での処理とによって作製されており、前述の細孔粒子に該当する。膜厚Tが15μmのときのシリカ粒子C’の平均粒径R1は3.5μmであり、標準偏差σ1は、2.2μmである。
艶消し剤としてアクリル粒子Aに代えてウレタン粒子(ウレタン)を用いる以外は、塗装金属板15と同様にして、塗装金属板33を作製した。ウレタン粒子は、根上工業製「アートパール C−200」(「アートパール」は同社の登録商標)を使用した。「アートパール C−200」は、懸濁重合によって作製されており、前述の一次粒子に該当する。ベックマン・コールター社製「Multisizer4」で50μm径のアパーチャーチューブを用いて求めたところ、ウレタン粒子の平均粒径R2は30μmであり、標準偏差σ2は、3μmである。
光沢調整剤としてシリカ粒子A’に代えて、下記方法によって調製したシリカ粒子G(シリカG)を用いる以外は、塗装金属板1と同様にして、塗装金属板37を作製した。
光沢調整剤としてシリカ粒子H(シリカH)を5体積%、艶消し剤としてPAN粒子B(PAN B)を5体積%で配合した上塗り塗料1を用いる以外は、塗装金属板2と同様にして、塗装金属板44を作製した。
艶消し剤としてPAN粒子Bに代えてアクリル粒子D(アクリルD)を用いる以外は、塗装金属板59と同様にして、塗装金属板60を作製した。アクリル粒子Dは、東洋紡株式会社製「タフチック AR−650M」を使用した。「タフチック AR−650M」は、懸濁重合によって作製されており、前述の一次粒子に該当する。ベックマン・コールター社製「Multisizer4」で50μm径のアパーチャーチューブを用いて求めたところ、アクリル粒子Dの平均粒径R2は30μmであり、標準偏差σ2は、6.7μmである。
塗装金属板1〜69のそれぞれについて、下記の測定および試験を行った。
塗装金属板1〜69のそれぞれの、JIS Z 8741で規定される75度における光沢度(G75)を日本電色株式会社製 光沢計VG−2000によって測定した。
塗装金属板1〜69のそれぞれの乾燥後の塗膜の外観を、以下の基準により評価した。
(評価基準)
○:(光沢異常および塗膜欠陥が認められず、良好な外観が認められる)
×:(以下に示すD1〜D3のいずれかの異常が認められる)
D1:光沢が高すぎる(光沢度が25より大きい)
D2:ワキが認められる
D3:スジ引きが認められる
125μmφダイヤモンド針を使用し、400gの荷重を加えてクレメンス型引っ掻き試験を行い、下記の基準で評価した。
(評価基準)
○:素地(金属板)に到達する傷が認められない
×:素地(金属板)に到達する傷が認められる
塗装金属板1〜69のそれぞれに0T曲げ(密着曲げ)加工を施し、当該0T曲げ部のセロハンテープ剥離試験を行い、以下の基準により評価した。
(評価基準)
○:塗膜の剥離が認められない
×:塗膜の剥離が認められる
塗装金属板1〜69のそれぞれについて、まずJIS K5600−7−7(ISO 11341:2004)に規定されているキセノンランプ法促進耐候性試験を1,000時間行い、次いで、JIS H8502に規定されている「中性塩水噴霧サイクル試験」(いわゆるJASO法)を720時間行った。上記二つの試験の実施を1サイクルとし、塗装金属板1〜69のそれぞれについて、1サイクル(実使用の耐久年数が5年程度に相当)試験品と、2サイクル(実使用の耐久年数10年程度に相当)試験品のそれぞれを水洗し、目視、および、10倍ルーペによる拡大観察によって、塗装金属板の平坦部における塗膜の膨れの有無を観察し、以下の基準により評価した。
(評価基準)
◎:膨れが認められない
○:拡大観察で僅かに微小な膨れが認められるが、目視では当該膨れが認められない
×:目視で膨れが認められる
Claims (4)
- 金属板と、前記金属板上に配置される上塗り塗膜とを有する、クロメートフリーの塗装金属板であって、
前記上塗り塗膜は、細孔を有する粒子である光沢調整剤および一次粒子である艶消し剤を含有し、
前記上塗り塗膜における前記光沢調整剤の含有量は、0.2〜15体積%であり、
前記上塗り塗膜における前記艶消し剤の含有量は、0.2〜15体積%であり、
前記光沢調整剤の個数平均粒径をR1(μm)、前記艶消し剤の個数平均粒径をR2(μm)、前記上塗り塗膜の膜厚をT(μm)、前記光沢調整剤の個数粒度分布の標準偏差をσ1、前記艶消し剤の個数粒度分布の標準偏差をσ2としたときに、下記式を満足する、塗装金属板。
