Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、樹脂と、修飾されたナノ粒子とを含んでいる膜形成組成物であって、該修飾されたナノ粒子が、ナノ粒子と、該ナノ粒子上に吸着されたセグメント化コポリマー、好ましくはセグメント化ブロックコポリマーを含んでおり、該セグメント化コポリマー、好ましくはセグメント化ブロックコポリマーが、吸着セグメントと疎水性表面活性セグメントとを含んでいる膜形成組成物において、該吸着セグメントが、ナノ粒子上に吸着する1以上の官能基を有し、かつ、該疎水性セグメントが該樹脂よりも疎水性であることによってナノ粒子の表面移行をもたらす、上記の膜形成組成物に関する。本発明は、新規な修飾された粒子、および特定のセグメント化コポリマーの特定の修飾された粒子を膜形成組成物中に、改良された表面特性、たとえば引っかき抵抗をそれに付与するために使用する方法にも関する。

Claims (15)
- 樹脂と、修飾されたナノ粒子とを含んでいる膜形成組成物であって、該修飾されたナノ粒子が、ナノ粒子と、該ナノ粒子上に吸着されたセグメント化コポリマー、好ましくはセグメント化ブロックコポリマーを含んでおり、該セグメント化コポリマー、好ましくはセグメント化ブロックコポリマーが、吸着セグメントと疎水性表面活性セグメントとを含んでいる膜形成組成物において、該吸着セグメントが、ナノ粒子上に吸着する1以上の官能基を有し、かつ、該疎水性セグメントが該樹脂よりも疎水性であることによってナノ粒子の表面移行をもたらす、上記の膜形成組成物。
- ブロックコポリマーがGPCによって測定された重量平均分子量1000〜10000g/モル、好ましくは2000〜5000g/モルを有する、請求項1に従う膜形成組成物。
- ナノ粒子が、可視光中で目に見えないものであり、平均直径1〜400ナノメートルを有し、かつ該組成物が、顔料を本質的に含んでいない、ならびに好ましくはオリゴまたはポリジメチルシロキサンおよびオリゴまたはポリフルオル化合物を本質的に含んでいないクリアコーティング組成物である、請求項1または2に従う膜形成組成物。
- ナノ粒子が、コーティングに引っかき抵抗を備える無機ナノ粒子である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に従う膜形成組成物。
- 修飾されたナノ粒子がコロイドシリカナノ粒子であり、かつセグメント化コポリマーが1以上の塩基性官能基、好ましくは三級アミノ基を吸着セグメント中に含んでいる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に従う膜形成組成物。
- ナノ粒子上のセグメント化コポリマーの量が、ナノ粒子の合計固形分重量に対して最大で100重量%、好ましくは10〜50重量%である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に従う膜形成組成物。
- 樹脂が、好ましくは架橋性の、アクリル樹脂および/またはポリエステル樹脂ならびに修飾されたナノ粒子を含んでおり、セグメント化ブロックコポリマー上の疎水性セグメントが、疎水性セグメントの重量当たり(メタ)アクリル酸のC4〜C23アルキルエステル20重量%〜90重量%、好ましくは(メタ)アクリル酸のC6〜C23アルキルエステル10重量%〜60重量%、好ましくは2−エチルヘキシルメタクリレートおよび/またはラウリルメタクリレート10〜60重量%を含んでいる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に従う膜形成組成物。
- セグメント化コポリマーが、段階A:ラジカル重合開始剤を任意的に使用して、少なくとも1のエチレン性不飽和モノマーを、触媒的連鎖移動剤のような金属錯体、または付加開裂型連鎖移動剤、好ましくはアルファメチルスチレン二量体の存在下において、または高温度条件において精密重合して、表面活性疎水性セグメントマクロモノマーを形成する段階、および段階B当該マクロモノマーを、官能基を有する少なくとも1の共重合性不飽和モノマーを含んでいるモノマー混合物中において共重合して、吸着セグメントを形成する段階、を含む方法によって製造されたものである、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に従う膜形成組成物。
- 非晶質シリカナノ粒子の上に吸着されたセグメント化コポリマー、好ましくはブロックコポリマーを有する非晶質シリカナノ粒子を含んでいる修飾されたナノ粒子であって、該セグメント化コポリマー、好ましくはブロックコポリマーが吸着セグメントおよび疎水性表面活性セグメントを含んでいる修飾されたナノ粒子において、該吸着セグメントが1以上の塩基性官能基、好ましくは三級アミノ基を有する、上記の修飾されたナノ粒子。
- 修飾されたナノ粒子の上に吸着されたセグメント化コポリマー、好ましくはブロックコポリマーを有する修飾されたナノ粒子であって、該セグメント化コポリマー、好ましくはブロックコポリマーが吸着セグメントおよび疎水性表面活性セグメントを含んでいる修飾されたナノ粒子において、該吸着セグメントが、該ナノ粒子上に吸着する1以上の官能基を有し、ナノ粒子上のコポリマーの量がナノ粒子の合計固形分重量に対して最大で100重量%、好ましくは70重量%未満、最も好ましくは10〜50重量%である、上記の修飾されたナノ粒子。
- ナノ粒子が非晶質シリカナノ粒子であり、セグメント化コポリマーが、表面活性疎水性セグメントを形成する疎水性マクロモノマーブロック、および吸着セグメントを形成する、1以上の塩基性官能基、好ましくは三級アミノ基を有するブロック、を製造する精密ラジカル重合によって製造されたA−B型ブロックコポリマーである、請求項10に従う修飾されたナノ粒子。
- セグメント化コポリマーが架橋性基を含んでいる、請求項9〜11に従う修飾されたナノ粒子。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に従う膜形成組成物または請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に従う修飾されたナノ粒子を含んでいる、引っかき抵抗性のコーティング、好ましくはクリアコーティングであって、修飾されたナノ粒子がコーティングの表面において多く存在する、引っかき抵抗性のコーティング、好ましくはクリアコーティング。
- 樹脂およびナノ粒子を含んでいる膜形成組成物中のナノ粒子の表面移行を改良するためにセグメント化コポリマーを使用する方法であって、該セグメント化コポリマーが吸着セグメントおよび疎水性表面活性セグメントを含んでいる方法において、該吸着セグメントが、ナノ粒子上に吸着する1以上の官能基を有し、かつ該疎水性セグメントが樹脂よりも疎水性である、上記の方法。
- 樹脂を含んでいるコーティングに引っかき抵抗を備えるために、修飾されたナノ粒子、好ましくは請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に従う修飾されたナノ粒子を使用する方法であって、該修飾されたナノ粒子が、ナノ粒子の上に吸着された、吸着セグメントおよび疎水性表面活性セグメントを含んでいるセグメント化コポリマーを有するところのナノ粒子を含んでおり、該吸着セグメントが、ナノ粒子上に吸着する1以上の官能基を有し、かつ該疎水性セグメントが樹脂よりも疎水性である、方法。
