Abstract
【解決手段】エンジンと動力伝達機構との間のトルク伝達を可能にしまたそのトルク伝達を遮断する係合機構と、動力伝達機構に連結されかつ走行のための駆動力を出力するトルク発生回転機とを有し、エンジンの運転を止めかつ係合機構を解放してエンジンと動力伝達機構との間のトルク伝達を遮断した状態でトルク発生回転機が出力する駆動力で走行する第1モードと、エンジンの運転を止めかつ前記係合機構を係合してエンジンと動力伝達機構との間のトルク伝達を可能にした状態でトルク発生回転機が出力する駆動力で走行する第2モードとを選択することができ、係合機構とトルク発生回転機との少なくともいずれか一方の制御応答性が予め定めた範囲を外れることの推定がエンジンの運転を止めた走行中に成立した場合に第2モードを選択する(ステップS4)ように構成されている。

- エンジンと、エンジンが出力した駆動力を駆動輪に向けて出力する動力伝達機構と、前記エンジンと前記動力伝達機構との間のトルク伝達を可能にしまたそのトルク伝達を遮断する係合機構と、前記動力伝達機構に連結されかつ走行のための駆動力を出力するトルク発生回転機とを有し、前記エンジンの運転を止めかつ前記係合機構を解放して前記エンジンと前記動力伝達機構との間のトルク伝達を遮断した状態で前記トルク発生回転機が出力する駆動力で走行する第1モードと、前記エンジンの運転を止めかつ前記係合機構を係合して前記エンジンと前記動力伝達機構との間のトルク伝達を可能にした状態で前記トルク発生回転機が出力する駆動力で走行する第2モードとを選択することができる車両の制御装置において、
前記係合機構と前記トルク発生回転機との少なくともいずれか一方の制御応答性が予め定めた範囲を外れることの推定が前記エンジンの運転を止めた走行中に成立した場合に、前記第2モードを選択して運転を停止している前記エンジンと前記動力伝達機構との間のトルク伝達を前記係合機構によって可能にした状態で前記トルク発生回転機の駆動力で走行するように構成されていることを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記係合機構は、第1係合機構と第2係合機構との少なくとも二つの係合機構を含み、
前記動力伝達機構は、出力部材と前記エンジンの動力が入力される入力部材とを有するとともに前記第1係合機構および第2係合機構の係合状態に応じて所定の変速状態が設定される変速部と、前記出力部材が連結された入力要素と反力要素と前記駆動輪に向けて駆動力を出力する出力要素との少なくとも三つの回転要素で差動作用を行う差動部とを有し、
前記トルク発生回転機は、前記反力要素に連結された第1モータと、前記出力要素に連結された第2モータとを含み、
前記第2モードでは、前記第1係合機構と第2係合機構との少なくともいずれか一方を係合させ、前記エンジンを始動するためのモータリングを前記第1モータによって行うように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記係合機構は、油圧によって係合もしくは解放させられるように構成され、
前記制御応答性が予め定めた範囲を外れることの推定は、前記係合機構を動作させるオイルの温度が予め定めた基準温度以下の場合に成立するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記トルク発生回転機は、蓄電装置から給電されて回転しかつ温度によって出力が制限されるモータを含み、
前記制御応答性が予め定めた範囲を外れることの推定は、前記蓄電装置の充電残量が予め定めた基準量以下の場合、もしくは前記モータの温度が予め定めた上限温度以上の場合に成立するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記変速部は、前記第1係合機構と前記第2係合機構とのいずれか一方を係合させることにより変速比の小さい高速段が設定され、かつ前記第1係合機構と前記第2係合機構とのいずれか他方を係合させることにより前記高速段より変速比が大きい低速段が設定されるように構成され、
前記第2モードを設定する際の車速が予め定めた基準車速より高車速の場合に前記変速部を前記高速段に設定するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2ないし4のいずれかに記載の車両の制御装置。
