Abstract
【解決手段】交流電圧の力率を補償する力率補償回路を開示する。力率補償部は交流電圧の力率を補償する。平滑部は力率補償された電圧を平滑化し、フィルムコンデンサと複数の電解コンデンサを含む。インダクタの一端に整流された電圧が印加される。スイッチの一端が前記インダクタの他端に連結されて他端は接地される。ダイオードの一端が前記スイッチの一端に連結される。フィルムコンデンサの一端が前記ダイオードの他端に連結されて他端は接地される。電解コンデンサは前記フィルムコンデンサに並列連結される。

Claims (15)
- 交流電圧の力率を補償する力率補償回路において、
交流電圧の力率を補償する力率補償部と、
前記力率補償された電圧を平滑化する平滑部と、を含み、
前記平滑部はフィルムコンデンサと複数の電解コンデンサを含む力率補償回路。 - 前記複数の電解コンデンサは同じキャパシタンスを有する請求項1に記載の力率補償回路。
- 前記複数の電解コンデンサは並列連結される請求項2に記載の力率補償回路。
- 前記複数の電解コンデンサは前記複数の電解コンデンサの個数に基づいて決定される限界リップル電流を有する請求項3に記載の力率補償回路。
- 前記複数の電解コンデンサは前記複数の電解コンデンサのキャパシタンス誤差に基づいて決定される限界リップル電流を有する請求項4に記載の力率補償回路。
- 前記力率補償部はスイッチを含むブーストコンバータである請求項1に記載の力率補償回路。
- 前記フィルムコンデンサのキャパシタンスは前記スイッチのスイッチング周波数によって決定される請求項6に記載の力率補償回路。
- 前記フィルムコンデンサのキャパシタンスは前記複数の電解コンデンサの寄生抵抗の抵抗値に応じて決定される請求項7に記載の力率補償回路。
- 交流電圧の力率を補償する力率補償回路において、
一端に整流された電圧が印加されるインダクタと、
一端が前記インダクタの他端に連結されて他端は接地されるスイッチと、
一端が前記スイッチの一端に連結されるダイオードと、
一端が前記ダイオードの他端に連結されて他端は接地されるフィルムコンデンサと、
前記フィルムコンデンサに並列連結される複数の電解コンデンサと、を含む力率補償回路。 - 前記複数の電解コンデンサは同じキャパシタンスを有する請求項9に記載の力率補償回路。
- 前記複数の電解コンデンサは前記複数の電解コンデンサの個数に基づいて決定される限界リップル電流を有する請求項10に記載の力率補償回路。
- 前記複数の電解コンデンサは前記複数の電解コンデンサのキャパシタンス誤差 に基づいて決定される限界リップル電流を有する請求項11に記載の力率補償回路。
- 前記フィルムコンデンサのキャパシタンスは前記複数の電解コンデンサの寄生抵抗の抵抗値に応じて決定される請求項12に記載の力率補償回路。
- 交流電圧の力率を補償する力率補償回路の動作方法において、
交流電圧の力率を補償するステップと、
フィルムコンデンサと複数の電解コンデンサを利用して力率補償された電圧を平滑化するステップと、を含む動作方法。 - 前記複数の電解コンデンサは同じキャパシタンスを有し、前記複数の電解コンデンサの個数と前記複数の電解キャパシタンス誤差に基づいて決定される限界リップル電流を有する請求項14に記載の動作方法。
