Abstract
Description
バンバリーミキサーを使用し、下記表1に示す配合(質量部)に従い、まず、ノンプロ練り工程で、硫黄と加硫促進剤を除く成分を添加混合し(排出温度=160℃)、次いで、得られた混合物に、プロ練り工程で硫黄と加硫促進剤を添加混合して(排出温度=90℃)、タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物を調製した。表1中の各成分の詳細は以下の通りである。
・変性SBR1:アミノ基及びアルコキシ基末端変性溶液重合スチレンブタジエンゴム、JSR株式会社製「HPR350」(ガラス転移温度(Tg)=−35℃、スチレン量(St)=20質量%、ビニル量(Vi)=55モル%)
・変性SBR2:水酸基末端変性溶液重合スチレンブタジエンゴム、日本ゼオン株式会社製「Nipol NS616」(Tg=−25℃、St=21質量%、Vi=62モル%)
・BR:ブタジエンゴム、宇部興産株式会社製「BR150B」
・液状アクリルポリマー1:無官能基タイプの液状アクリルポリマー、東亞合成株式会社製「UP−1020」(Mw=2,000)
・液状アクリルポリマー2:水酸基を有する液状アクリルポリマー、東亞合成株式会社製「UH−2041」(Mw=2,500)
・液状アクリルポリマー3:カルボキシル基を有する液状アクリルポリマー、東亞合成株式会社製「UC−3510」(Mw=2,000)
・液状アクリルポリマー4:エポキシ基を有する液状アクリルポリマー、東亞合成株式会社製「UG−4010」(Mw=2,900)
・液状アクリルポリマー5:アルコキシシリル基を有する液状アクリルポリマー、東亞合成株式会社製「US−6110」(Mw=3,200)
・液状SBR:液状スチレンブタジエンゴム、(株)クラレ製「L−SBR−820」
・液状BR:OH末端変性水添液状ポリブタジエン、日本曹達株式会社製「GI−3000」
・シリカ:東ソー・シリカ株式会社製「ニップシールAQ」(BET=205m2/g)
・カップリング剤:スルフィドシランカップリング剤、エボニック・デグサ社製「Si69」
・カーボンブラック:三菱化学株式会社製「ダイヤブラックN341」
・オイル:昭和シェル石油株式会社製「エキストラクト4号S」
・亜鉛華:三井金属鉱業株式会社製「亜鉛華1号」
・ステアリン酸:花王株式会社製「ルナックSー20」
・老化防止剤:大内新興化学工業株式会社製「ノクラック6C」
・ワックス:日本精鑞株式会社製「OZOACE0355」
・硫黄:鶴見化学工業株式会社製「5%油入微粉末硫黄」
・加硫促進剤:住友化学工業株式会社製「ソクシノールCZ」
下記表2に示す配合(質量部)に従い、第1実施例と同様にして、ゴム組成物を調製した。表2中の各成分の詳細は、以下に記載のものを除いて、第1実施例と同じである。
・NR:天然ゴム、RSS#3
Claims (5)
- ヘテロ原子を含む官能基が導入された変性ジエン系ゴムを20質量部以上含むゴム成分100質量部に対して、
シリカ20〜120質量部と、
該シリカ表面のシラノール基と相互作用のある変性基を持つ液状アクリルポリマー1〜30質量部と、
を含有するゴム組成物。 - 前記液状アクリルポリマーの変性基が、水酸基、エポキシ基、カルボキシル基、及びアルコシキシシリル基から選択される少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記変性ジエン系ゴムの官能基が、水酸基、アミノ基、カルボキシル基、アルコキシ基、アルコキシシリル基、エポキシ基、チオール基、スズ含有基及びハロゲンから選択された少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記変性ジエン系ゴムが、変性スチレンブタジエンゴム及び/又は変性ブタジエンゴムであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物を用いてなる空気入りタイヤ。
