Claims (5)
- 車軸と車体の間に設けられるダンパを前記車体に連結するダンパマウント装置であって、
磁性粒子を内包し、前記ダンパと前記車体との間に設けられる磁性ゴムマウントと、
前記磁性粒子に磁場を与える電磁コイルと、
前記電磁コイルに励磁電流を供給するコントローラと、を備えることを特徴とするダンパマウント装置。 - 前記磁性ゴムマウントを前記車体に連結する車体側連結部材と、
前記磁性ゴムマウントを前記ダンパに連結するダンパ側連結部材と、
前記車体側連結部材と前記ダンパ側連結部材の間で前記電磁コイルから発生する磁場を導くヨーク部材と、を備え、
前記磁性ゴムマウントは前記電磁コイルの内側に配置され、
前記車体側連結部材と前記ダンパ側連結部材と前記ヨーク部材とで前記電磁コイルを覆うようにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダンパマウント装置。 - 前記ダンパは伸縮式のシリンダーダンパであり、
前記電磁コイルから発生する磁場が前記磁性ゴムマウントに対して前記ダンパの伸縮方向に発生することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のダンパマウント装置。 - 前記コントローラは前記ダンパの上下加速度が大きくなると前記電磁コイルに供給される励磁電流を減らすように制御することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載のダンパマウント装置。
- 前記コントローラは前記車体の走行速度が大きくなると前記電磁コイルに供給される励磁電流を増やすように制御することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載のダンパマウント装置。
