Claims (4)
- 配管内に配設される加熱対象を外周部から加熱する化学蓄熱装置であって、
反応媒体と化学反応して熱を発生させる反応材を有する反応器と、
前記反応器に接続され、吸着材で反応媒体を吸着して貯蔵する吸着器と、
を備え、
前記加熱対象の外周部が配管で構成され、当該配管の外周面に前記反応材が配設され、
前記配管の端部に嵌合部が挿入され、当該嵌合部が挿入されている部分において前記配管の端部が溶接によって接合され、
前記配管の厚みは、前記嵌合部の厚みよりも薄いことを特徴とする化学蓄熱装置。 - 前記嵌合部は、前記配管の内周側に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の化学蓄熱装置。
- 前記嵌合部の先端と前記加熱対象の端面との間に隙間を設けることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の化学蓄熱装置。
- 前記嵌合部は、前記配管の外周側に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の化学蓄熱装置。
