Claims (6)
- 外周部に配置される加熱手段で前記外周部側から加熱される触媒装置の触媒担持体であって、
筒体の内部に配置され、前記筒体の外周面から中心部まで延びる複数の第1伝熱部と、
前記筒体の内部に配置されると共に、前記筒体の外周面と同心形状又は前記筒体の内部に向かうにつれ徐々に径が小さくなる連続した螺旋形状であり、前記複数の第1伝熱部と交差する第2伝熱部と、
前記筒体の内部における前記第2伝熱部間に配置され、山部と谷部を有する波状の複数の触媒担持促進部と、
を備えることを特徴とする触媒担持体。 - 前記第2伝熱部間の間隔は、中心側よりも外周面側が広いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の触媒担持体。
- 前記第1伝熱部及び前記第2伝熱部の厚さは、前記触媒担持促進部よりも厚いことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の触媒担持体。
- 前記加熱手段は、化学蓄熱装置であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の触媒担持体。
- 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の触媒担持体の製造方法であって、
前記複数の第1伝熱部、前記第2伝熱部、前記複数の触媒担持促進部からなるパターンを複数の板状の基材にそれぞれ形成するパターン形成工程と、
前記パターン形成工程でパターンがそれぞれ形成された複数の板状の基材を積層し、接合する接合工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする触媒担持体の製造方法。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の触媒担持体の製造方法であって、
前記複数の第1伝熱部、前記第2伝熱部からなるパターンを複数の板状の基材にそれぞれ形成するパターン形成工程と、
前記パターン形成工程でパターンがそれぞれ形成された複数の板状の基材を積層し、接合する接合工程と、
前記接合工程で接合された接合物における前記第2伝熱部間に前記触媒担持促進部をそれぞれ組み込む組込工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする触媒担持体の製造方法。
