Claims (5)
- エンジンとトランスミッションを含む横置エンジン形式のパワーユニットを車両の前後左右の4点でそれぞれエンジンマウントを介して車両ボデーに防振支持せしめるパワーユニットの防振支持構造において、車両前後に配される2つの該エンジンマウントと車両左右の一方に配されてエンジン側に装着される1つの該エンジンマウントとによって該パワーユニット重量を分担支持せしめることにより、該パワーユニット重量の分担支持荷重が及ぼされない状態で車両左右の他方に配されて該トランスミッション側に装着される該エンジンマウントであって、
インナ軸部材の外周側に離隔してアウタ筒部材が配されており、該インナ軸部材に固着された本体ゴム弾性体が該アウタ筒部材に対して非接着で組み付けられることにより該インナ軸部材と該アウタ筒部材が該本体ゴム弾性体で弾性連結されていると共に、該アウタ筒部材が前記パワーユニットへ取り付けられる一方、該インナ軸部材が前記車両ボデーへ取り付けられるようになっていることを特徴とするエンジンマウント。 - 前記アウタ筒部材の前記パワーユニットへの取付部位と、前記インナ軸部材の前記車両ボデーへの取付部位との少なくとも一方において、取付位置を所定範囲で変更調節可能とする固定位置調節機構が設けられている請求項1に記載のエンジンマウント。
- エンジンとトランスミッションを含む横置エンジン形式のパワーユニットを車両の前後左右の4点でそれぞれエンジンマウントを介して車両ボデーに防振支持せしめるパワーユニットの防振支持構造であって、
車両前後に配される2つの前記エンジンマウントと車両左右の一方に配されて前記エンジン側に装着される1つの前記エンジンマウントとによって前記パワーユニット重量を分担支持せしめて、車両左右の他方に配されて前記トランスミッション側に装着される1つの前記エンジンマウントに対して該パワーユニット重量の分担支持荷重が及ぼされないようにすると共に、
該トランスミッション側に装着される該エンジンマウントとして、インナ軸部材を外周側に離隔配置したアウタ筒部材に対して本体ゴム弾性体で連結せしめた筒型マウントを採用すると共に、該本体ゴム弾性体を該アウタ筒部材に対して非接着で組み付けて、該アウタ筒部材を前記パワーユニットに取り付けると共に、該インナ軸部材を前記車両ボデーに取り付けたことを特徴とするパワーユニットの防振支持構造。 - 前記パワーユニットの慣性主軸に対する離隔距離が、車両前後に配される2つの前記エンジンマウントに比して車両左右に配される2つの前記エンジンマウントの方が何れも小さくされている請求項3に記載のパワーユニットの防振支持構造。
- 前記車両前後に配される2つの前記エンジンマウントにおける前記パワーユニットの分担支持荷重の合計が、該パワーユニットの全体支持荷重の過半とされている請求項3又は4に記載のパワーユニットの防振支持構造。
