を含み、
前記水性導電性インク配合物は、前記水性導電性インク配合物の総重量に基づいて、100ppm未満の総元素汚染物レベルを有し、
前記総元素汚染物レベルは、前記水性導電性インク配合物内の、アルミニウム、カルシウム、コバルト、クロム、銅、鉄、カリウム、マンガン、マグネシウム、ニッケル及び亜鉛の合計濃度である、
ことを特徴とする水性導電性インク配合物。 - 前記総元素汚染物レベルが20ppm未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水性導電性インク配合物。
- 前記酸洗浄された黒鉛粒子及び前記カーボンブラック粒子の少なくとも90重量%が、該酸洗浄された黒鉛粒子及び該カーボンブラック粒子の合計重量に基づいて、10μmより小さい粒径を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水性導電性インク配合物。
- 水性導電性インク配合物を作製する方法において、前記方法が、
第1の容器に、カーボンブラック粒子、少なくとも1つのポリマー分散剤、少なくとも1つのアクリル系結合剤、少なくとも1つのポリビニルピロリドン結合剤、少なくとも1つの消泡剤及び水を加えて、カーボンブラック粉砕相を形成する工程、
前記カーボンブラック粉砕相を粉砕する工程、
第2の容器に、酸洗浄された黒鉛粒子、少なくとも1つのポリマー分散剤及び水を加えて、黒鉛粉砕相を形成する工程、
前記黒鉛粉砕相を粉砕する工程、及び
第3の容器内で、前記カーボンブラック粉砕相の少なくとも一部と前記黒鉛粉砕相の少なくとも一部を混合して、前記導電性インク配合物を形成する工程、
