Claims (15)
- ハイブリッドレーザアーク溶接(100)のための溶接電極(111)であって、
電極本体を含み、
該電極本体は、前記電極本体の重量%において、
0.02%以下の炭素、
0.6〜1.2%の範囲内のマンガン、
0.3〜0.6%の範囲内のケイ素、
0.01%以下の硫黄、及び
0.01%以下の燐
があるように、炭素、マンガン、ケイ素、硫黄、及び燐を含む、
溶接電極。 - 前記電極本体は、コアと該コアを取り囲む外側シースとで構成される、請求項1に記載の溶接電極。
- 溶接電極を作製する方法であって、
少なくとも炭素、マンガン、ケイ素、硫黄、及び燐を有する電極本体を形成することを含み、
前記電極本体の重量%において、
0.02%以下の炭素、
0.6〜1.2%の範囲内のマンガン、
0.3〜0.6%の範囲内のケイ素、
0.01%以下の硫黄、及び
0.01%以下の燐
がある、
方法。 - 前記炭素は、前記電極本体の重量において、0.005〜0.015%の範囲内にある、請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法又は溶接電極。
- 前記マンガンは、前記電極本体の重量において、0.6〜0.9%の範囲内にある、請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法又は溶接電極。
- 前記ケイ素は、前記電極本体の重量において、0.3〜0.45%の範囲内にある、請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法又は溶接電極。
- 前記硫黄は、前記電極本体の重量において、0.002〜0.007%の範囲内にある、請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法又は溶接電極。
- 前記燐は、前記電極本体の重量において、0.002〜0.007%の範囲内にある、請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法又は溶接電極。
- 前記炭素は、前記電極本体の重量において、0.005〜0.015%の範囲内にあり、前記硫黄及び燐の各々は、前記電極本体の重量において、0.002〜0.007%の範囲内にある、請求項1乃至8のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法又は溶接電極。
- 前記形成するステップは、外側シース内にコアを配置すること、及び前記コアの周りを前記外側シースで閉じることを含む、請求項1乃至9のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法又は溶接電極。
- 前記炭素、マンガン、ケイ素、硫黄、及び燐の各々は、前記コア内にある、請求項1乃至10のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法又は溶接電極。
- 前記コアは、前記電極の重量の5〜35%である、請求項1乃至11のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法又は溶接電極。
- 前記コアは、前記電極の重量の10〜25%である、請求項1乃至12のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法又は溶接電極。
- 被加工物の少なくとも一部を溶解させるようレーザビームを前記被加工物に向けること、
溶接電極を前記被加工物に供給すること、及び
アーク溶接プロセスを使用して前記溶解部分内に前記溶接電極を配置することを含み、
前記電極本体は、前記電極本体の重量%において、
0.02%以下の炭素、
0.6〜1.2%の範囲内のマンガン、
0.3〜0.6%の範囲内のケイ素、
0.01%以下の硫黄、及び
0.01%以下の燐
があるように、炭素、マンガン、ケイ素、硫黄、及び燐を含む、
溶接方法。 - 前記炭素は、前記電極本体の重量において、0.005〜0.015%の範囲内にあり、前記硫黄及び燐の各々は、前記電極本体の重量において、0.002〜0.007%の範囲内にある、請求項14に記載の溶接方法。
