Abstract
Description
本出願は、米国特許法第119条(e)の下で、2011年11月2日に出願された「振動篩分装置クリーニングシステム」と題する米国仮特許出願第61/554,552号に基づく優先権を主張するものであり、その開示全体を参照として本明細書に組み入れる。
Claims (15)
- 粒子分離用の回転式振動篩分装置において、
上面、下面および複数の孔を備える篩と、
該篩の上面の上方に延在する取付柱と、
前記篩の上面の上方に配置されており、支持板、該支持板から放射状に延びている複数のアーム、および各アームから下方へ延びており遠位端をそれぞれ有する複数の毛を備えておりその毛のうち少なくとも一つの遠位端が前記篩の上面に接触するように配置された少なくとも一つのブラシを備えるクリーニングシステムと、
前記篩の下面の下方に配置された回収領域と、
前記篩および前記クリーニングシステムを振動させ前記アームを前記篩の上面に対して回転させる振動発生機と
を備える篩分装置。 - 前記複数の毛はそれぞれ前記篩の各孔の最大寸法より少なくとも一次元で大きい、請求項1に記載の振動篩分装置。
- 前記取付柱および延長片のうち少なくとも一方は前記支持板のオリフィスを貫通している、請求項1または請求項2に記載の振動篩分装置。
- 前記支持板のオリフィス内部に配置された着脱可能および交換可能なブッシングを更に備えており、該ブッシングは前記支持板の前記取付柱に対する自由回転を実現するサイズおよび形状を有する、請求項3に記載の振動篩分装置。
- 前記ブッシングおよび前記支持板は相異なる材料特性を備える、請求項4に記載の振動篩分装置。
- 前記支持板の下面と前記篩の上面との間に配置されたバネを更に備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の振動篩分装置。
- 各ブラシは前記篩を外すことなくそれぞれのアームから着脱可能および交換可能である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の振動篩分装置。
- 少なくとも一つのアームは前記支持板に着脱可能に取り付けられている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の振動篩分装置。
- 前記取付柱は、
前記篩の上面から第1距離だけ上方に延在する遠位端を備える振動篩分装置の中央軸と、
延長片の遠位端が前記篩の上面から前記第1距離より長い第2距離だけ上方に延在するように中央軸に取り付けられた延長片と
を備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の振動篩分装置。 - 少なくとも一つのブラシは、前記篩の上面に対して垂直ではない角度で配置された毛を備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の振動篩分装置。
- 前記振動発生機は前記篩の振動と前記クリーニングシステムの対応する回転速度とを制御する少なくとも一つの移動可能な錘を備える、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の振動篩分装置。
- 各アームの長さは前記篩の外周に対応すべく選択される、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の振動篩分装置。
- 前記支持板の外周は少なくとも三辺を含んでおり、各辺から少なくとも一つのアームが延びている、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の振動篩分装置。
- 前記クリーニングシステムは篩分装置に対して着脱可能である、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の振動篩分装置。
- 振動篩分装置上で振動篩分装置クリーニングシステムを組み立てる方法において、
篩の上面の上方に延在する柱までの距離より長い距離だけ延長部材が篩の上面の上方に延在するように延長部材を振動篩分装置の柱に取り付ける工程と、
支持板から放射状に延びている複数のアーム、および各アームから下方へ延びている複数の部材を備えており部材のうち少なくともその長さに沿った部分が前記篩の上面に接触するように配置されている少なくとも一つのブラシまたは櫛を備えるクリーニングシステムを前記延長部材に着脱可能に取り付ける工程と
を備える方法。
