本发明属于振动筛清网装置技术领域，具体涉及一种旋振筛无动力清网装置。
背景技术
目前筛分领域的旋振筛都没有有效的清网措施，物料容易堵塞筛网，堵塞筛网会影响筛分工作的正常运行。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供了一种结构简单合理且能够加快下料和自动清网的旋振筛无动力清网装置。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用如下技术方案，旋振筛无动力清网装置，其特征在于包括固定盘、刷子、连接架和缓冲环，其中固定盘上沿圆周方向均布有至少3组条形调节孔，刷子通过螺栓固定于固定盘的条形调节孔内，刷子的末端通过螺栓固定有连接架，该连接架上设有与筛框内壁滑动配合的缓冲环。
本发明有效解决了目前筛网容易堵塞及下料不畅的问题，并且能够有效加快下料，提升筛分效率。

具体实施方式
结合附图详细描述本发明的具体内容。旋振筛无动力清网装置，包括固定盘3、刷子4、连接架5和缓冲环1，其中固定盘3上沿圆周方向均布有至少3组条形调节孔，刷子4通过螺栓固定于固定盘3的条形调节孔内，刷子4可以根据筛框6的尺寸进行适当调节，刷子4的末端通过螺栓固定有连接架5，该连接架5上设有与筛框6内壁滑动配合的缓冲环1，缓冲环1由软橡胶制成，能够有效减轻对筛框6的冲击。工作时，该清网装置能够跟随筛网2一起动作，有效清理筛网2堵塞的同时还能够打破团聚物，加速下料，提升筛分效率，节约运行成本。
