Abstract
Description
少なくとも1種の発光色素を含む中間膜を介して互いに結合されている第1のガラス板と第2のガラス板とを有する合わせガラス板、
少なくとも1つのレーザ、および、レーザの放射を偏向させるための光学系を有するレーザ投光器、なお、当該放射は、合わせガラス板に方向けられて、当該合わせガラス板の一領域内に方向付けられ、
発光色素の発光放射を検出する光検出器、
光検出器およびレーザ投光器に電子的に接続された制御ユニット。
レーザの放射は少なくとも1種の蛍光色素を含む合わせガラス板上にレーザ投光器の光学系を介して方向付けられ、放射がレーザ投光器を出る際にレーザ投光器からオン信号が制御ユニットに送信され、
レーザ放射が当たる合わせガラス板の領域から発光色素の発光放射が検出されるときに、オン信号が光検出器から制御ユニットに送信され、
制御ユニットが、レーザ投光器のオン信号を受信し、同時に、光検出器のオン信号を受信しないときに、制御ユニットはレーザ投光器からのレーザ放射の放出を遮断する。

Claims (20)
- 合わせガラス板上に表示画像を生成する装置であって、
少なくとも1種の発光色素(8)を含む中間膜(2)を介して互いに結合されている第1のガラス板(3)と第2のガラス板(4)とを有する合わせガラス板(1)と、
少なくとも1つのレーザ(9)、および、前記レーザ(9)の放射(11)を偏向させるための光学系(10)を有するレーザ投光器(5)と、なお、前記放射(11)は、前記合わせガラス板(1)に方向けられて、当該合わせガラス板(1)の一領域(7)内に方向付けられ、
前記発光色素(8)の発光放射(12)を検出する光検出器(6)と、
前記光検出器(6)および前記レーザ投光器(5)に電子的に接続された制御ユニット(13)と、
を備えており、
前記制御ユニット(13)は、前記光検出器(6)が発光放射(12)を検出しないとき、前記レーザ投光器(5)による放射(11)の放出を中断する、
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記光検出器(6)は、二次元画像センサ、好ましくは能動ピクセルセンサ(APS)を有する少なくとも1つのカメラを有する、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記光検出器(6)は、少なくとも1つのシングルピクセル光センサ、好ましくは光ダイオードを有する、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(13)は、前記レーザ投光器(5)が送信する信号と前記光検出器(6)が送信する信号とを比較する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記レーザ投光器(5)はダイオードレーザを備え、前記ダイオードレーザは、好ましくは360nm〜420nm、特に好ましくは375nm〜400nmの波長の放射(11)を放出する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記放射(11)を偏向するための前記光学系(10)は、少なくとも1つのMEMSマイクロスキャナを備える、請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記放射(11)は50:1以上、好ましくは90:1以上の偏光比で直線偏光され、p偏光されて前記合わせガラス板(1)に当たる、請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記合わせガラス板(1)に当たるときの、前記放射(11)の入射角θは、20°〜70°、好ましくは、38°〜66°である、請求項7記載に装置。
- 前記レーザ投光器(5)は、周期的に繰り返されるパルスシーケンスで放射(11)を放出する、請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 4μm〜10μmの波長域に感度を有する赤外放射検出器(16)をさらに備える、請求項1から9のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 4μm〜10μmの波長域の赤外放射(15a)を放出する赤外放射源(15)をさらに備える、請求項10記載の装置。
- 超音波源および超音波検出器を備える、請求項1から11のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(13)は、少なくとも1つの集積回路、好ましくは特定用途向け集積回路(ASIC)を備える、請求項1から12のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記発光色素(8)は、化学式
R1−COO−Ph(OH)x−COO−R2
の少なくとも1種のヒドロキシアルキルテレフタレートを有し、式中、
R1、R2は1〜10個のC原子を有するアルキルまたはアリル基であり、
Phはフェニル環であり、
OHは前記フェニル環に結合したヒドロキシル基であり、
xは0〜4の整数であり、
好ましくは、ジエチル2,5−ジヒドロキシテレフタレートである、
請求項1〜13のいずれか1項記載の装置。 - 前記レーザ投光器(5)内に、光検出器(20)、好ましくは、光ダイオードを備える、請求項1から14のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記第1のガラス板(3)の前記レーザ投光器(5)に面する表面に反射防止膜が設けられており、前記反射防止膜は、好ましくは多孔性二酸化ケイ素含有膜を含む、請求項1から15のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 合わせガラス板上に表示画像を生成する方法であって、
レーザ投光器(5)の光学系(10)によって、レーザ(9)の放射(11)が少なくとも1種の発光色素(8)を含む合わせガラス板(1)に方向付けられ、かつ、レーザ放射(11)が前記レーザ投光器(5)を出た時に、前記レーザ投光器(5)からオン信号が制御ユニット(13)に送信され、
前記合わせガラス板(1)の、前記放射(11)が当たる領域(7)からの前記発光色素(8)の発光放射(12)が検出されたとき、光検出器(6)からオン信号が前記制御ユニットに送信され、
前記制御ユニット(13)が前記レーザ投光器(5)のオン信号を受信し、同時に、前記光検出器(6)のオン信号を受信しないときに、前記制御ユニット(13)は前記レーザ投光器(5)からのレーザ放射(11)の放出を遮断する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記放射(11)は、規則的な時間間隔で所定の位置に、好ましくは前記放射(11)が当たる領域(7)の端部領域内の、所定の位置に方向付けられ、
光検出器(6)として二次元画像センサ、好ましくは能動ピクセルセンサ、を有するカメラを用いて、前記合わせガラス板(1)上の前記所定の位置からの規則的な発光信号の発生が監視され、
前記合わせガラス板上の前記所定の位置からの前記規則的な発光信号が検出されないとき、前記制御ユニット(13)は、前記レーザ投光器(5)からのレーザ放射(11)の放出を遮断する、
請求項17記載の方法。 - 前記放射(11)は、規則的な時間間隔で、前記レーザ投光器(5)内の所定の位置に方向付けられ、
前記レーザ投光器(5)内の光検出器(20)によって、前記規則的な放射信号の発生が監視され、
前記規則的な放射信号が前記光検出器(20)によって検出されないとき、前記制御ユニット(13)は、前記レーザ投光器(5)からのレーザ放射(11)の放出を遮断する、
請求項17記載の方法。 - 建物、自動車、航空機、ヘリコプターおよび/または船舶における、透明な表示装置、好ましくは、ヘッドアップ表示装置としての、請求項1から16のいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス板上に表示画像を生成するための装置の使用。
