d.前記第1のガラス板(1)と前記第2のガラス板(2)と前記スペーサ(3)との間の真空絶縁パネル(6)と、
を有する絶縁ガラスであって、

- 前記遮音板(7)及び/又は音分離板(4)は、熱可塑性の、又は弾性の、又は熱硬化性の高分子発泡体、好適にはポリスチレン、ポリウレタン、ポリエチレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、メラミン樹脂、ソフトポリウレタン及び/又はハードポリウレタン、又はこれらの混合物及び/又はコポリマを含む、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の絶縁ガラス。
- 前記真空絶縁パネル(6)は、充填剤(8)、好適には粉体、顆粒、繊維、フェザー、特に好適にはSiO2又はエアロゲル粉体を含む、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の絶縁ガラス。
- 前記充填剤(8)は、10nm〜100μmの平均直径を有する、請求項7記載の絶縁ガラス。
- 前記真空絶縁パネル(6)は、気体及び湿分をシールするフィルム(9)を有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の絶縁ガラス。
- 前記シール部材(5)は、好適にはポリマ、又はシラン変性ポリマ、特に好適には有機多硫化物、シリコン、RTV(室温硬化型)シリコンゴム、HTV(熱硬化型)シリコンゴム、過酸化物加硫シリコンゴム、及び/又は付加架橋されたシリコンゴム、ポリウレタン、ブチルゴム、及び/又はポリアクリレートを含む、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の絶縁ガラス。

- 前記スペーサ(3)が、乾燥剤、好適にはシリカゲル、CaCl2、Na2SO4、活性炭、ケイ酸塩、ベントナイト、ゼオライト、及び/又はこれらの混合物を含む、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の絶縁ガラス。
- 遮音性の絶縁ガラスを製造する方法であって、
a.スペーサ(3)を、第1のガラス板(1)の縁部上に環状に配置し、
b.前記スペーサ(3)の内側で前記第1のガラス板(1)上に遮音板(7)を配置し、
c.真空絶縁パネル(6)を前記遮音板(7)上に配置し、
d.前記第2のガラス板(2)を前記スペーサ(3)上に配置し、前記第1のガラス板(1)と、前記スペーサ(3)と、前記第2のガラス板(2)との間の隙間においてシール部材(5)に結合させて絶縁ガラスを形成する、
ことを特徴とする、絶縁ガラスを製造する方法。 - 前記第2のガラス板(2)を前記スペーサ(3)上に配置する前に、前記真空絶縁パネル(6)はその表面に1つよりも多い遮音板(7)を有している、請求項13記載の方法。
- 建築物における、好適には内ファサード及び外ファサードにおける、特に好適には、不透明の外ファサードにおける、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の絶縁ガラスの使用。
