Abstract
Description
本発明は特に、おしめ、トレーニングパンツ、サニタリーナプキン、失禁用衣料、包帯等の人間のケアー用吸収製品で使用される液体吸収物品に関するものである。
本発明はさらに、上記液体吸収物品の製造方法にも関するものである。
本発明の別の目的は、吸収剤物品の中心または各キャビティーへ向かう流体の通過特性が改善され、および/または、ゲルブロックが無いか少ない吸収剤物品を提供することにある。
(a)吸収剤収容ポケット(4、4a)を有する第1シート層(2)、
(b)上記吸収剤収容ポケット(4、4a)中に収容された超吸収剤材料の集合体(mass)(6)、
(c)第1シート層(2)上に配置された第2シート層(7)、
(d)各ポケットの間に配置された結合形成用ビード(bead、玉縁)(5)、
を有し、第1シート層(2)は超吸収剤材料の集合体(6)の所でプリーツ(10)を形成している吸収剤物品(1)を提供する。
(e)上記ビード(5)の近傍の区域(9)で互いに結合された第1シート層と第2シート層との間の接着剤層(3)および/または(8)、
を有し、接着剤層(3)および/または(8)は超吸収剤が膨張した時の圧力によって上記の区域(9)で離層する。
本発明の一実施例では、上記吸収剤物品(1)が機械(縦)方向および横方向に接着剤ビード(5)を有する。
本発明の一実施例では、上記の結合形成用ビード(5)が対応するシート層の部に水切りゾーンを規定する。
本発明の一実施例では、上記の結合形成用ビード(5)は接着剤ビードである。
本発明の一実施例では、超吸収剤材料の集合体が接着剤をさらに含む。
本発明の一実施例では、シート層(2)は液体不透過性であり、シート層(7)は超吸収剤材料の集合体中への液体の侵入を許す。
本発明の一実施例では、シート層(2)がボトム層で、シート層(7)がトップ層である。
本発明の一実施例では、接着剤(3、8、5)は水に不溶(non hydrosoluble)である。
本発明の一実施例では、超吸収剤材料は30%以下の繊維、好ましくは10%以下の繊維を含み、より好ましくは混合繊維を全く含まない。
本発明の一実施例では、超吸収剤材料が少なくとも22g/gの荷重以下の吸収性(absorbency)を有する。この吸収性はEDANA試験法番号WSP 242.2-05「加圧下の吸収」に従って49.2g/cm2の荷重下に測定する。
本発明の一実施例では、超吸収剤材料は、少なくとも25×10-7 cm3 s/gの塩水伝導度を有する。
本発明の一実施例では吸収剤物品(1)は穫得/分配層を有する。
(1)シート層(2)を用意し、

(3)上記シート層(2)にポケット(4、4a)を形成し、

(a) ポリマー、例えばEVA、PE、PP、EEA(エチレン・アクリル酸エチル)および熱可塑性エラストマーまたはゴム、これはスチレン(ブロック)コポリマー、例えばSIS、SIBS、SEPS、SBS、SEBSまたはブタジエン−ベースのポリマー、さらにはポリエチレン−プロピレンコポリマー、例えばEPRおよびオレフィンブロックコポリマー(OBC)。これは無水マレイン酸等で化学的に修飾できる。典型的な重量平均値モル質量Mwは60k Da〜400kDaの間にある。これは目的:機械強度、柔軟性、バリア特性、輝度および粘度調節に合わせて組成物の10〜80%、好ましくは15〜40%にすることができる。
(d)オイルのような可塑剤。組成物の約0〜30%。これらはホットメルトの柔軟性および粘性を制御する。
(e) 抗酸化剤。組成物の0.2〜2%にすることができる。これは加熱時および冷却時に各成分を安定化させる。
(f)充填材。紫外線抵抗性(耐酸化性)、防炎性、抗アレルギー性、レオロジ一変成等の特定特性が要求される場合に使用する。
上記で形成されたポケットはパディングまたはマットレスのフィーリング(感覚)を与え、着心地を改善する。
テスト方法
荷重下の獲得速度(Acquisition rate)
穫得速度の検査では流体吸収剤物品が一定量のNaCl溶液(人口尿)を完全に吸収し、噴出状況下でも確実に乾燥するのに必要な時間を決定する。
全部で4回の穫得量を測定し(各回で70mlのNaCl溶液)、それぞれの時間A2、A3、A4を記録する。荷重下の穫得速度は下記の式で計算される:
穫得速度(g/s)=各攻撃のNaCl溶液の重量[g]/各攻撃毎の獲得時間[s]
本発明実施例
ビードを有する吸収剤物品
減圧用の標準的真空掃除機に接続された寸法が約31×12cm(製造するコアよりわずかに大きい)の矩形の金属ボックスを使用して積層品または吸収剤物品(寸法30×1 1cm)を作る。ボックス中にプラスチックのパターンを置く。このパターンはプラスチックプレート(寸法30×1 1cm)で作られ、このプラスチックプレートには一定間隔で矩形の孔を開ける(24の空間、各2,0×4,0cm)。プラスチックプレートに残った矩形の孔の間のプレート部分の幅は0.5cmである。
その後に、金属ボックス中でシリコンペーパーを用いて不織布上に転写することでホットメルト(フランスのボスティック社、H4245)のビードを積層品の各ポケット間に塗布する(ホットメルトのストライプをシリコンペーパー上に塗布し、不織布に転写)。これらのビード(約20mg/mでコーティングされた幅が約1mm、長さが30cmの縦方向ビードと、約20mg/mでコーティングされた幅が約1mm、長さが11c mの横方向ビード)は各ポケットの間に配置され、ポケットの周りに「ネットワーク」を形成する。
吸収剤物品
上記のビードを有する積層品の製造方法に従って調製したが、積層品または吸収剤物品に上記ビードは付けなかった。流体吸収剤粒子を加えた後に第2の不織布を第1の不織布上に直接置いた。積層品を圧力ロール(重量:2kg、幅6cm)を使用してプレスした。
荷重下の穫得速度:
荷重下の穫得速度をビード無しの比較例の積層品と、ビードを有する本発明の積層品とで4回の攻撃(各々、0,9%のNaCl溶液を70ml)で測定した。結果を下記の[表1]に要約した。
下記成分を使用して積層品または吸収剤物品(寸法30×11cm)を製造した。
このテトトではおしめdm-Babylove(Aktiv Plus社、寸法5才ジュニア、12〜25kg、ロット140212-SE071313)を使用した。
荷重下の穫得速度
オリジナルのdm-Babyloveおしめ(Aktiv Plus社、5才ジュニア用寸法、12〜25kg)の比較例と、本発明の積層品を有するBabyloveおしめとで荷重下の穫得速度を測定した。穫得速度は4回の攻撃で測定した(各々で0.9% NaCl溶液を70ml)。結果は[表2]に要約した。
Claims (21)
- 下記(a)〜(d):
(a)吸収剤収容ポケット(4、4a)を有する第1シート層(2)、
(b)上記吸収剤収容ポケット(4、4a)中に収容された超吸収剤材料の集合体(mass)(6)、
(c)第1シート層(2)上に配置された第2シート層(7)、
(d)各ポケットの間に配置された結合ビード(bead、玉縁)(5)、
を有し、第1シート層(2)は超吸収剤材料の集合体(6)の所でプリーツ(ひだ)(10)を形成し、このプリーツが上記で形成したポケットの外周の周りを越えた帯域に存在することを特徴とする吸収剤物品(1)。 - プリーツ(10)が各層の面と実質的に平行に形成されている請求項1の吸収剤物品(1)。
- 上記ビード(5)の近傍の区域(エリア)(9)で互いに結合された第1シート層と第2シート層との間の接着剤層(3)および/または(8)を有し、この接着剤層(3)および/または(8)は超吸収剤が膨張した時の圧力によって上記区域(9)で離層する請求項または2に記載の吸収剤物品(1)。
- 上記吸収剤物品(1)がシート層(2)および(7)のそれぞれに塗布された2つの接着剤層(3)および(8)を有する請求項3に記載の吸収剤物品(1)。
- 機械方向および横方向に接着剤ビード(5)を含む請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の吸収剤物品(1)。
- 結合形成用の上記ビード(5)が、対応するシート層の部分に水切りゾーンを規定する請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の吸収剤物品(1)。
- 結合形成用の上記ビード(5)が接着剤ビードである請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の吸収剤物品(1)。
- 超吸収剤材料の集合体が接着剤をさらに含む請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の吸収剤物品(1)。
- シート層(2)および/または(7)の一方または両方が不織布である請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の吸収剤物品(1)。
- シート層(2)は液体不透過性で、シート層(7)は超吸収剤材料の集合体中への液体の侵入を許す請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の吸収剤物品(1)。
- シート層(2)がボトム層で、シート層(7)がトップ層である請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の吸収剤物品(1)。
- 接着剤(3、8、5)が水に不溶(non hydrosoluble)である請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の吸収剤物品(1)。
- 超吸収剤材料が30%以下、好ましくは10%以下の繊維を含み、より好ましくは混合繊維を全く含まない請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の吸収剤物品(1)。
- 超吸収剤材料が少なくとも24g/gの遠心保持能を有する請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の吸収剤物品(1)。
- 超吸収剤材料がEDANA試験法番号WSP 242.2-05「加圧下の吸収」に従って49.2g/cm2の荷重下で測定した時に少なくとも22g/gの荷重以下の吸収性(absorbency)を示す請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の吸収剤物品(1)。
- 超吸収剤材料が少なくとも25×10-7cm3 s/gの塩水流伝導度を示す請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の吸収剤物品(1)。
- 穫得/分配層をさらに有する請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の吸収剤物品(1)。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の吸収剤物品(1)を含むおしめ、トレーニングパンツ、サニタリーナプキン、失禁衣料または包帯。
- 下記工程から成る請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の吸収剤物品(1)の製造方法:
(1)シート層(2)を用意し、
(2)構造強度を与える結合用ビード(3)を塗布し、
(3)上記シート層(2)にポケット(4、4a)を形成し、
(4)上記ポケットに超吸収剤材料の集合体(6)を充填し、この超吸収剤材料の集合体(6)の量はプリーツ(7)を加工する段階の前のポケットの容積の70%以下、好ましくは50%以下であり、
(5)シート層(7)を用意し、
(6)ポケット(4、4a)を有するシート層(2)上にシート層(7)を取付け、
(7)超吸収剤材料の集合体(6)の上で第1シート層(2)にプリーツ(ひだ)を付け、このプリーツは上記で形成したポケットの外周の周りを越えた帯域に存在する。 - プリーツ(10)は各シート層の面に実質的に直角な方向に圧力を加えて形成され、プリーツ(10)が各シート層の面に実質的に平行に作られる請求項19に記載の方法。
- プリーツ(10)が各シート層の面に直角なポケットのシートの一部に形成される請求項19または20に記載の方法。
