Abstract
Description
− 少なくとも1種の水分硬化性組成物を含むコンポーネントAと、
− 少なくとも1種の硬化剤を含むコンポーネントBと、
からなる2コンポーネント配合物に関する。
「粘度」は、サーモスタット制御されたコーン−プレート粘度計Physica UM(コーン直径 20mm、コーン角度 1°、コーン先端−プレート距離0.05mm、剪断速度10〜1000s−1)で測定した。
「平均粒径」は、HELOSレーザー回折センサーを有するSympatec装置でレーザー回折により測定した。
組成物Z1:Sikaflex(商標)265 ポリウレタンガラス接着剤(Sika Schweiz AGから入手可能)。
組成物Z2:シラン末端ポリマーに基づく封入接着剤Sikaflex(商標)553(Sika Schweiz AGから入手可能)のコンポーネントA。
硬化剤H1:68.5重量部のビスフェノールA液体樹脂(HuntsmanからのAraldite(商標)GY−250)を10重量部の反応性希釈剤(HuntsmanからのAraldite(商標)DY−E)及び1.5重量部の乳化剤(CognisからのDisponil(商標)23)と50℃で混合し、20重量部の水を用いて、ステーターローターミキサーを22m/sの回転速度で使用して連続的に乳化した。生じた白色エマルジョンは、クリーム状の稠度、20℃で約1100mPa・sの粘度、4.08mEq/gのエポキシ基含量を有し、かつ平均粒径約1.6μmで、90%の粒子は2.7μm未満であり、これは、室温で保存すると1年以上変化はしなかった。
硬化剤H4:封止接着剤Sikaflex(商標)553(Sika Schweiz AGから得られる)のコンポーネントB(バージョンL30)。
例1〜4並びに参考例1及び参考例2
各例について、コンポーネントAとして水分硬化性組成物を、コンポーネントBとしての硬化剤と、表1に記載の重量比でダイナミックミキサーを使用して一緒にして、次に標準的気候で直接適用し硬化させた。

Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1種のエポキシ樹脂の少なくとも1種の水性エマルジョンを含む、水分硬化性組成物用の硬化剤。
- 前記少なくとも1種のエポキシ樹脂の水性エマルジョンが、10〜40wt%の水を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の硬化剤。
- 前記少なくとも1種のエポキシ樹脂の水性エマルジョンが、10〜30wt%の水を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の硬化剤。
- 前記エポキシ樹脂が、0.05〜10μmの範囲の平均粒径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の硬化剤。
- 前記エマルジョンが、最大の粒子の最小の粒子に対する粒径の比が≦25の範囲の値である粒径分布を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の硬化剤。
- 前記エマルジョン中の粒子の90%が、6μm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の硬化剤。
- 水分硬化性組成物用の硬化剤としての、少なくとも1種のエポキシ樹脂の水性エマルジョンの使用。
- 前記水分硬化性組成物が、イソシアネート基を含むポリウレタンポリマーに基づく組成物であるか、又はシラン官能性ポリマーに基づく組成物であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の使用。
- 前記水分硬化性組成物を、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の硬化剤と混合することを含む、水分硬化性組成物を少なくとも部分的に硬化するための方法。
- − 少なくとも1種の水分硬化性組成物を含むコンポーネントA、及び
− 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1種の硬化剤を含むコンポーネントB
からなる2コンポーネント配合物。 - 前記水分硬化性組成物が、水分硬化性接着剤、シーリング剤、又は水分硬化性コーティングであることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の2コンポーネント配合物。
- 前記水分硬化性組成物が、イソシアネート基を含む少なくとも1種のポリウレタンポリマー又はシラン官能性ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項10又は11に記載の2コンポーネント配合物。
- コンポーネントAが、エポキシ樹脂を硬化させるための少なくとも1種の硬化剤又は促進剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載の2コンポーネント配合物。
- コンポーネントAをコンポーネントBと混合することにより、請求項10〜13にいずれか1項に記載の2コンポーネント配合物から得られる、完全に硬化した組成物。
- 接着剤、シーリング化合物、又はコーティングとしての、請求項10〜13にいずれか1項に記載の2コンポーネント配合物の使用。
