Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 第1の伝導性層および第2の伝導性層の間に挟まれる絶縁材料の層を備え、かつ、前記第1の伝導性層および前記絶縁層を通って延在して前記第2の伝導性層の一領域(a region)を露出させる(expose)凹部(recess)を内部に形成されたコネクターと、
光を放出させるように前記光源を励起するための電力を受けるための第1および第2の電気接点を有する半導体光源と
を備え、
前記光源が前記凹部内に着座し(seats)、かつ、前記第1の伝導性層に電気的に接続される前記第1の電気接点と、前記第2の伝導性層の前記露出される領域に電気的に接続される前記第2の電気接点とを有する、
光源モジュール。 - 前記第2の電気接点が、伝導性媒体により前記第2の伝導性層の前記露出される領域に直接に接着される(bonded)、請求項1に記載の光源モジュール。
- 前記第1の電気接点が、前記凹部の縁部(edge)に沿って、前記第1の伝導性層の一領域に接続される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の光源モジュール。
- 前記第1の電気接点が、約0.5mm以下の長さを有する少なくとも1つのボンドワイヤーにより、前記第1の伝導性層に電気的に接続される、請求項3に記載の光源モジュール。
- 前記伝導性層を間に挟みかつ前記第1および第2の伝導性層にそれぞれ接着される第1および第2の追加の絶縁層を備える、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の光源モジュール。
- 前記層が約0.5mm以下の厚さを有する、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の光源モジュール。
- 前記コネクターが、前記光源が光を放出する方向に実質的に沿う方向において、約5mm以下の高さを有する、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の光源モジュール。
- 前記コネクターが、前記光源が光を放出するときの方向に対して実質的に垂直な方向において、約3mm以下の幅を有する、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の光源モジュール。
- 前記コネクターが約3nH(ナノヘンリー)以下のインダクタンスを有することを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の光源モジュール。
- 前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の光源モジュールと、
前記光源モジュールが中に着座する凹部を有するチューブと、
前記光源モジュールから光を受けて前記受けた光を平行にする、前記チューブ内に着座させられるレンズと、
前記レンズからの平行にされた光を受けて前記受けた光を拡散させる、前記チューブ内に着座させられるディフューザーと
を備える照明システム。
