Abstract
Description
以下、実施例を挙げて本発明をより具体的に説明する。なお、以下の実施例は本発明の一具現例に過ぎず、これにより本発明が限定されるわけではない。
<合成例1>
攪拌機、コンデンサー、加熱用マントル、温度計、及び窒素投入管が装着された2Lのフラスコでエポキシ樹脂(商品名YD‐128、国都化学社製)450g、ビスフェノール‐A160g及び触媒としてテトラアンモニウムブロマイド0.095gを混合し、窒素を投入して130℃で反応させた。反応5時間後にメチルジエタノールアミン56gを投入してさらに2時間反応させた後、2‐ブトキシエタノール1237gで希釈してフェノキシ樹脂を得た。得られたフェノキシ樹脂は、数平均分子量32,000、固形分35%、ガードナー粘度Z2であった。
攪拌機、コンデンサー、加熱用マントル、温度計、及び窒素投入管が装着された2Lのフラスコでエポキシ樹脂(商品名YD‐014、国都化学社製)570g、ビスフェノール‐A13g及び触媒としてテトラアンモニウムブロマイド0.15gを混合し、窒素を投入して130℃で反応させた。反応5時間後にメチルジエタノールアミン27gを投入してさらに2時間反応させた後、2‐ブトキシエタノール1133gで希釈してフェノキシ樹脂を得た。得られたフェノキシ樹脂は、数平均分子量36,000、固形分35%、ガードナー粘度Z6であった。
攪拌機、コンデンサー、加熱用マントル、温度計、及び窒素投入管が装着された2Lのフラスコでエポキシ樹脂(商品名YD‐128、国都化学社製)300g、ビスフェノール‐A106g及び触媒としてテトラアンモニウムブロマイド0.15gを混合し、窒素を投入して130℃で反応させた。反応5時間後にメチルジエタノールアミン37gを投入してさらに2時間反応させた後、2‐ブトキシエタノール823gで希釈してフェノキシ樹脂を得た。得られたフェノキシ樹脂は、数平均分子量19,000、固形分35%、ガードナー粘度X+であった。
攪拌機、コンデンサー、加熱用マントル、温度計、及び窒素投入管が装着された2Lのフラスコでエポキシ樹脂(商品名YD‐014、国都化学社製)800g、ビスフェノール‐A19g、及び触媒としてテトラアンモニウムブロマイド0.15gを混合し、窒素を投入して130℃で反応させた。反応5時間後にメチルジエタノールアミン40gを投入してさらに2時間反応させた後、2‐ブトキシエタノール1595gで希釈してフェノキシ樹脂を得た。得られたフェノキシ樹脂は、数平均分子量62,000、固形分35%、ガードナー粘度Z6であった。
上記合成例1〜3から得られたフェノキシ樹脂水溶液を用いて、下記表1の組成の実施例のようにマグネシウムが含有された鋼板用コーティング組成物を製造した。
上記実施例1〜8及び比較例1〜12から得られたそれぞれの皮膜形成組成物を、Zn‐Mg合金メッキが形成された鋼板にバーコーターを用いて乾燥皮膜量が500mg/m2となるように塗布し、鋼板の温度が100℃となるように乾燥して皮膜を形成した後、当該皮膜を24時間熟成した。
Claims (10)
- マグネシウムを含有する鋼板の表面の黒変防止用の皮膜形成組成物であって、固形分の重量で、水溶性フェノキシ樹脂2.5〜7.5重量部と、フッ化金属酸0.1〜0.5重量部と、金属化合物0.1〜0.5重量部と、架橋剤1〜5重量部と、を含む、黒変防止用の皮膜形成組成物。
- 前記水溶性フェノキシ樹脂は、数平均分子量が20,000〜60,000である、請求項1に記載の黒変防止用の皮膜形成組成物。
- 前記フッ化金属酸は、六フッ化チタン酸、六フッ化珪酸、六フッ化ジルコニウム酸、六フッ化タングステン酸、六フッ化モリブデン酸、及び六フッ化ゲルマニウム酸からなる群から選択された少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の黒変防止用の皮膜形成組成物。
- 前記金属化合物は、珪素、アルミニウム、マンガン、チタニウム、セリウム、亜鉛、モリブデン、バナジウム及びジルコニウムから選択される1つ以上の金属成分を含む金属化合物又はこれらの混合物から選択される少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載の黒変防止用の皮膜形成組成物。
- 前記金属化合物は、水中に塩及びナノサイズのコロイドのうちの1つの形で存在するか又は同時に両方の形で存在する、請求項4に記載の黒変防止用の皮膜形成組成物。
- 前記架橋剤は、3‐グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、2‐(3,4‐エポキシシクロヘキシル)エチルトリメトキシシラン、2‐(3,4‐エポキシシクロヘキシル)エチルトリエトキシシラン、3‐グリシドキシプロピルメチルジエトキシシランからなる群から選択された少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の黒変防止用の皮膜形成組成物。
- 鋼板上に、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の黒変防止用の皮膜形成組成物で形成された黒変防止皮膜を含み、前記鋼板は少なくとも表面にマグネシウムを含む、マグネシウム含有鋼板。
- 前記黒変防止皮膜は、鋼板のマグネシウムを含む表面上に形成され、乾燥皮膜付着量が100〜1000mg/m2である、請求項7に記載のマグネシウム含有鋼板。
- 前記鋼板は、マグネシウム板材、マグネシウムメッキ鋼板又はマグネシウム合金メッキ鋼板である、請求項7に記載のマグネシウム含有鋼板。
- 前記マグネシウム合金メッキ鋼板は、Zn‐Al‐Mg、Zn‐Al‐Mg‐Si、Zn‐Mg、Mg‐Zn、Al‐Mg及びAl‐Mg‐Siからなる群から選択されるマグネシウム合金メッキ層を含む、請求項9に記載のマグネシウム含有鋼板。
