Abstract

본 발명은 강판 표면, 특히 Mg 판재 및 Mg을 포함하는 도금층을 갖는 도금강판 등, 표면에 Mg을 포함하는 강판 표면의 내흑변성을 개선시키는 피막 형성 조성물, 상기 조성물에 의해 형성된 피막을 포함하는 강판 및 상기 피막을 형성하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 강판 표면의 흑변 방지 피막 형성용 조성물로서, 수용성 페녹시 수지 2.5 내지 7.5중량부; 불화금속산 0.1 내지 0.5중량부; 금속화합물 0.1 내지 0.5중량부 및 가교제 1 내지 5중량부를 포함하며, 상기 강판은 표면에 마그네슘을 포함하는 마그네슘 판재 또는 마그네슘 함유 도금층을 갖는 강판인 피막 형성용 조성물, 상기 조성물로 형성된 피막을 포함하는 강판 및 상기 피막을 형성하는 방법을 제공한다.
