Abstract
Description

Claims (20)
- 埋込みデバイスであって、

該織成部分の遠位端部および近位端部における複数のループと、
該複数のループのうちの少なくともいくつかに設置される複数のコイルと
を備える、埋込みデバイス。 - 前記織成部分および前記複数のループは、単一のワイヤのみから構成される、請求項1に記載の埋込みデバイス。
- 前記埋込みデバイスは、完全に拡張された構成まで拡張可能であり、該完全に拡張された構成において、前記完全織成部分の外径は、前記複数のループの外径よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の埋込みデバイス。
- 前記複数のコイルは、前記デバイスの遠位端部における第1のコイルと、該デバイスの近位端部における第2のコイルとを備え、該第1のコイルおよび該第2のコイルは、単一のワイヤから形成される、請求項1に記載の埋込みデバイス。
- 前記単一のワイヤはまた、前記管状の織成部分に織り交ぜられる、請求項4に記載の埋込みデバイス。
- 前記埋込みデバイスは、少なくとも1つのワイヤから構成され、該ワイヤの直径は、その長さに沿って不均一である、請求項1に記載の埋込みデバイス。

- 前記複数のループは、前記織成部分の遠位端部に遠位ループを備え、該遠位ループは、遠位コイルに接続された第1の側と、第2の側とを有し、該織成部分は、前記埋込みデバイスが圧縮されると、該第1の側に直接圧力を印加するように配列される、請求項1に記載の埋込みデバイス。
- 埋込みデバイスであって、
該デバイスは、
第1の空隙率を有する第1の織成層であって、該第1の織成層は、空間が貫通している略管状の形状を形成する、第1の織成層と、
第2の空隙率を有する第2の織成層であって、該第2の織成層は、該管状の形状内の空間内に位置している、第2の織成層と
を備え、該第2の織成層は、該第1の織成層の部分的な長さに沿って延在する、埋込みデバイス。 - 前記第1の織成層は、約75%から95%までの間の空隙率を有し、前記第2の織成層は、約45%から70%までの間の空隙率を有する、請求項10に記載の埋込みデバイス。
- 前記第1の織成層は、約5%から25%までの間の表面領域を有する、請求項10に記載の埋込みデバイス。
- 前記第2の織成層は、前記第1の織成層の全長に沿って、非対称的に設置される、請求項10に記載の埋込みデバイス。
- 前記第2の織成層は、前記第1の織成層の第1の端部と該第1の織成層の中央との間に設置される、請求項10に記載の埋込みデバイス。
- ステントを作製する方法であって、
該方法は、
細長いマンドレルを提供することと、
該細長いマンドレルを管の中に挿入することと、
液体プレポリマーを該管と該細長いマンドレルとの間の空間の中へ注入することと、
該液体プレポリマーの重合を誘発して、細長いポリマー形状を形成することと、
該ポリマー形状を該細長いマンドレルおよび該管から取り外すことと、
該細長いポリマー形状にパターンを生成することと
を備える、方法。 - 前記パターンは、レーザ切削を介して生成される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記パターンは、エッチングを介して生成される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- ステントを作製する方法であって、
該方法は、
長手軸を有するシリンジを提供することと、
所定の量のプレポリマー溶液を該シリンジの内側に追加することと、
該シリンジを回転させることと、
該シリンジのプランジャを移動させて、所定の量の気体を取り込むことと、
該シリンジの壁に沿って、該プレポリマー溶液を重合させて、ポリマー管を生成することと、
該ポリマー管を該シリンジから取り外すことと、
該ポリマー管にパターンを生成することと
を備える、方法。 - ステントを作製する方法であって、
該方法は、
外側表面にパターンを有する細長いシリンダを提供することと、
該細長いシリンダを管の内部空洞の内側に留置することであって、該内部空洞は、該細長いシリンダの外側表面の該パターンからチャネルを生成するように寸法設定されている、ことと、
プレポリマー溶液を該チャネルの中へ注入することと、
該プレポリマー溶液を重合させて、ポリマーステントを生成することと
を備える、方法。 - 前記細長いシリンダを前記ポリマーステントから分解することをさらに備える、請求項19に記載の方法。
